The game didn't go so well tonight. We were with them for awhile but we slowly fell apart. I played pretty well but it just doesn't feel the same when you lose. I had a nice suprise at the game tonight though. Mom came and brought Alexis with her who has been begging to come for weeks. I knew she was coming but I didn't know Amber, Jay, and Paige were too. I hadn't seen any of them for awhile so i really enjoyed being with them. After the game we all went to Steak n' Shake to eat, it was nice to just relax and get caught up with them, I miss not seeing them everyday. Amber asked me to babysit again this summer, so I now have a job five days a week. Jay doesn't know if this is a good idea he says I make his kids goofy, I think he's goofy. Today went alright I hurried and tried to eat in the five minutes before art class only to get to class and find out it's cancelled. I went back to the caf and ate a real lunch since I had some time. Spent some time sitting and talking to Coach Thomas today, the day just isn't complete without s good half hour of pointless conversation with him, he makes me smile. Whoa random fact I just looked at my calandar and realized tomorrow is February, January really flew by we only have six games left before quaterfinals. College is blowing right by.

Pickles are good. We just ate a whole jar of them in about five minutes and they were delightful. No big events today. I got 105% on my Intro to Ed test and we had a pop quiz today over a chapter I didn't read but I still got 100% on it. The class just seems pretty self explanatory to me. My honors government class got out early today because the heat in our room was not working and it was butt cold. Finally the professor got tired of it and let us leave while he went to get matinence. Practice went fine, just a lot of prep for tomorrows game. I went to a lincoln basketball game tonight with some of the girls for the heck of it. They were playing Taylorville which is where Coach Wilson used to coach. Taylorville destroyed Lincoln, they didn't score in the first quarter and it was 40-7 at halftime. We sat with Coach Wilson, Coach Thomas, Ali and Ryan in the smallest area ever, those Taylorville fans were crazy. By the way I am sitting here drinking water out of a Dora the Explorer cup, am I cool or what. Well I have to go watch TV because finally something other that Rosanne is on, Hurray for Fresh Prince!

You know what makes me mad? Rosanne. That stupid show has been on Nick every night all night long for like 95 weeks now and it is making me VERY upset. Who wants to watch that dumb show anyways, I think they've already shown every episode ever made at least once and that in itself is too much. I want some Full House, Fresh Prince, and the Cosby's now those are good shows. I have nothing to watch before I go to bed besides infomercials and those aren't working out for me. I know this is a life ending tragedy:) Had a pretty good day today got a 24/25 on my math test only cause I didn't read one problem cause I hurried...oops. I won a debate in English, lifted weights, ate lunch in .2 seconds, and learned about art. That was enough brain usage for me. Practice went fine, we did some running today which I haven't missed. Coach Thomas was in a pestering mood today and was messing with and hitting everyone, he drives us crazy. Dinner wasn't good today so I ended up eating a lunchable in Kellies room while watching the Discovery Channel, paratroopers are crazy.

So apparently I am retarded. I wanted to watch Rumor Has It, but I cannot for the life of me figure out what buttons I have to push to get it to play on my T.V. I can't even get it to show up on the channel. All the wires confuse me. The Y went well today. We had team pictures so it was a little hectic but we made it through. My girls won again today so we are now 2-0, it was a lot of fun. I really enjoy doing it. Coach Thomas came and watched Ali play today and he watched my girls play as well I really don't know why he watched mine, but he just stood in the corner and kept smiling at me, weird man. Ryan got mad again he wanted to come over and play today but Coach wouldn't let him. I don't know why but lately he has wanted me to go play with him almost everyday. After we got back I just relaxed for the rest of the day and got ready for the week. I got ahead on homework so I don't have to worry about it around game days, I cleaned my room, put away laundry, and tidied up. Then I went and hung out with the girls in Kellies for awhile, I enjoyed not doing much for once.

Wow...our game tonight, I don't even know what to say. It was awesome and really exciting. We played Danville who was tied for first in confrence and I think we are second to last. We played well the first half and went in at half up five. Well the first five minutes of the second half were just not good and in no time we were down twenty. Then Coach took out most the girls on the floor and put in subs including me and by the time I came out about ten minutes later we were only down seven. I played really well and had two points, two assists, two offensive rebounds, and two defensive rebounds. Well we fought back for the last five minutes and ended up winning by seven it was crazy, we definately pulled an upset, and clawed back from a twenty point deficit. I am still excited about it. The boys won as well in overtime and their game played out a lot like ours, not that I saw much of it thanks to Ali and Ryan sitting on me and around me, but oh well kids are fun. Tonight we played guitar hero and Kareokee revolution for hours, my voicebox hurts, but it was totally worth it. I had a lot of fun. Tomorrow is my second day at the rec, I hope it goes as well as last time.

It's one in the morning, why didn't anybody tell me this? Urgh I am dumb for not sleeping oh well. Today went mighty fine, two classes weren't bad. I did take a test in each one though, fun times. Oh I saw today that I made special honors for fall semester, which means I have a 4.0 with 15 or more credit hours, I know I am awesome, haha. Once again a majority of my day was spent with Coach Thomas, but who cares we know how to have fun. Practice went okay we play tomorrow against Danville who beat us by like 25 the first time we played them. Here's to hoping we improve, cause I don't think I want to go through that torture. I am going to watch Ryan play ball again tomorrow morning I wasn't going to but I just can't tell him no. Dang kids got me wrapped around their fingers. He was mad tonight because he couldn't go to dinner in the caf with me after I took him over to his Mom's office, that boy. I pretty much just hung out tonight and it was nice we just sat around and enjoyed it. I did make a slideshow and write a poem thing for my webpage and everyone was loving it so I guess I accomplished something, I will try to post it on here not that you care but to check that it works:)

I took my first test of the semester today, I think I did well it was in my intro to ed class, which seems to be easy. I was done with my classes by eleven thirty today, it was nice. Since we had extra time Ashley and I went and lifted weights after class. The rest of the afternoon was spent cleaning and doing homework until I had to go get my picture taken for softball. That was a good time and I laughed as they all had to run a mile outside and those of us on the basketball team didn't have to, I found it funny. Then we went grocery shopping for Kellies room since everyone eats in there 24/7 we got the room pretty much restocked. We went to the rec after dinner since we didn't have practice and after a workout I participated in my first sauna experience ever. It was kinda scary, and feels like you're suffocating. It was so hot the sweat was just beading up on us and it was hard to breathe. The other girls were laughing at me freaking out, but oh well we all know I am awesome. After that we came back and watched the boys wrestling meet, one of our boys is ranked #1 in the nation and is really good. I watched the whole meet with Ryan either on my lap or attached to my side, imagine that. He said the cutest thing though he was like I wish you didn't go here for just two years, aww I love that kid. We lost the meet but oh well. We shot around in the gym tonight and played some crazy game called tips it was fun and followed by a good round of guitar hero which is always a good time. I only have two classes tomorrow so it should be a grandly day.

Our game tonight....what to say. Well we played like a bunch of fourth graders the first half. We couldn't dribble with our heads up, pass, or make any shots, it was really pretty. Coach was really mad I thought she was just going to walk off the court. After a good halftime chewing we played a much better second half. We ended up losing by like seven but outscored John Wood by five the second half, it was like we were a different team. I played in both halves more in the second and it was my group on the floor when we cut the lead from fourteen to seven so I guess I played well, I know I played hard. Grandma, Grandpa, and Mom came to the game. Mom was getting angry with me because I was moving really slowly and kept forgetting things. Coach Thomas was not helping he kept messing with me and hitting me and saying dumb things so I would get confused. Grandpa got the pleasure of meeting him today, lucky guy. Well after Coach quit bothering me we went to Taco/Chicken so I could eat we were just going to get it to go but Ashley and her Mom came so I stayed and ate with them while my family went home. It was nice and then Ash and I went and watched the boys game which they won on a last second three pointer. The rest of the night we did homework, wrote papers, and diagramed our basketball plays. We have to do that for Coach as a test because not everyone knows the plays yet and she is not loving it. We don't even have practice tomorrow since she is so frustrated, so I think we are holding our own tomorrow night. Wonder how that will go?

You know what I've realized lately? I eat a lot of food, I mean a lot, but man is it good. Right now I am enjoying some chips I've already had dinner and popcorn but hey, if I am hungry I might as well eat. Good thing I get more than enough exercise in my day. I just got back from a mandatory school meeting. It was thrilling, it pretty much told us....behave at the basketball games follow the rules or get banned from going to them. Shouldn't be a big problem for me cause I am playing in most of the activities. Practice went alright today, a little hardcore for the day before a game, but whatever. We went to Walgreens tonight so Cassie could get her passport picture taken. Che and I were playing with all the toys and singing the songs that play when you open these sweet new hallmark cards it was fun. Then we went to the rec for a bit to shoot around. It's been snowing all night so it was hard to see out our car windows, we're getting pretty good at this crazy driving. We have a game tomorrow against John Wood at home. I have noticed I don't get much playing time as home, I'm apparently more of a road player. Who knows what can happen though!

So about how I was struggling to stay awake all day in claaes today. I didn't get much sleep last night and I still think three a.m. is dragging me down, but I made it through. Biggest accomplishment of the day: hurling down lunch in the ten free minutes I had between Coach Thomas' class and art, now that's a feat in our superspeedy cafeteria. Luckily I got out of my last class early so I squeezed in a quick nap before the bus left, that seemed to help a little. The game. Well the game, lets see we played well for about ten minutes of the first half and then from there it went down hill slowly. I got a lot more playing time than last game and saw the floor in both halves. I finished with five points and some rebounds, Coach said I played well though which was nice to hear since as a whole we did very little well. The bus ride took forever I attempted to do math homework, but bus rides are not ADD friendly I think I got maybe 12 problems done. I was coined a walking dictionary today though by Coach because I always know what random words mean. I don't know why I am full of useless knowledge.

I was a little tired today, three a.m. can catch up with you quickly. Still I'm not complaining I love playing with Ryan. It was my first day at the Y today and it went really well. I ran the scoreboard while Ashley refed and then my team came. We had a thirty minute practice before we played a thirty minute game. At first I was a little nervous becuase I didn't know any of the girls and didn't have an exact idea of what I was supposed to do. Plus all their parents were sitting there watching us. I loosened up after a few minutes and pretty soon had all the girls laughing and playing ball. We played Coach Wilson's team today with Ali on it and won 14-2. Kids say some pretty funny things. But all in all I think they day went well the girls were asking if we were going to come back next week and play with them so I think they liked us. We get 20 dollars each time we go which isn't bad we were there from about 1 to three and I enjoyed it. To be completely honest I would probably do it for free, but since they are paying me, well that just makes it better. Practice went alright today not to strenous since we have a game tomorrow against Lewis & Clark the college not the explorers. That school is down by St. Louis so it should be quite the bus ride, fun fun. The rest of the night was once again spent hanging out in Kellies room with my teamates, I guess that happens when we get along.

Soo it's three fifteen in the morning and I just got back to my room. The day went pretty slow. We went and watched Ryan play this morning they won so he was in a much better mood than last time. That only wasted an hour and we had 6 more until game time. The afternoon was filled with busy work, laundry, cleaning, vacuuming, and of course lots of sleeping. The game went okay today. I played a lot in the first half but for some reason not at all the second half. I don't know what I did to not play really so that is kinda frustrating. Still we won and that's really all that matters. Jay and Fred came to the game which was nice. We watched the boys game afterward and a huge brawl broke out right after the game was broken up and restarted in the parking lot. I had Ryan with me and Coach found us and the other girls and told us to leave the gym right away. We did but Ryan was scared. The rest of the night was spent at the Thomas' playing playstation, board games, and wrestling. It was a lot of fun, I didn't even realize I was there for so long. I was frustrating Coach Thomas because I wouldn't take his money. I just don't like people who do a lot for me paying me, I'd just like to do it as a thankyou not for money, but it never works. You always get peoples money you don't want and you never get peoples you do, life is confusing like that.

Wow morning came early today. So early the heat in the gym wasn't even on yet so we practiced in subzero weather. That's a way to start your day. Practice wasn't too bad though since we have a game tomorrow and it was soo early still it'll wear you out. Classes went good I got out early in all of them which was nice. I spent pretty much all afternoon with Coach Thomas and he loved it, haha. We hung out in his office and talked then went to lunch, where he proceeded to sit across the cafeteria from us and stare at us the whole time we were eating because he was being creepy, weird man. He asked if Ashley and I would watch Ryan tomorrow night so I think we are babysitting at the Thomas' fun fun. I went home and watched Brent play this evening against U-High they played well and won so that was exciting...I guess. I ran into Stefan at the game, who I haven't seen since I left for school, so it was good to catch up. I watched the game with Jay and got to talk to him for quite a while which I haven't done in a long time, so I enjoyed that as well. I think he is even going to come watch me play tomorrow since Amber and the girls are out of town, he is lonely, and let's face it he loves me:) Well we are going to watch Ryan play basketball again tomorrow morning and my bed is calling me.

5:30 am man that's early and that's what time I got to get up. 6:00 practice followed by a full day of classes sounds amazing. Had a pretty good day today, classes went okay, nothing big happened. Spent the afternoon in Coach Thomas and Coach Wilson's office just hanging out and doing some busy work. Coach Thomas tackled me at one point in time which was a little crazy, but at least he isn't hating on me anymore. I got a job at the YMCA here in town coaching 1st and 2nd grade girls basketball which is exciting. That's why we were in Coaches office we had to call all the players today. We start on Sunday and play/practice every weekend. Ashley is helping me and we are also refing some of the other teams games, it should be fun, I love little kids and basketball. My team is hunter green and I have three girls out of eight named Katelyn all spelled differently, but here's the weird part, two of them are sisters. I hope that doesn't get too confusing. The night was pretty out of control, shaving cream fights, eating lots of food, exploding Pepsi cans, and other things that can't be discussed. Six is early, bed is now.

Okay something in my room smells really bad and I can't figure out what it is. I think it might be me but I am not sure. I just got back from our game against Spoon River and guess what?? We won, goodbye losing streak. I know it's exciting. By the way Spoon River doesn't even have a gym and we had to play at Canton High School after boys practice, nice. Back to the game we won by like two and it was real exciting at the end. I was on the bench because earlier in the game I had managed to get four fouls, I know proud moments. I played well while I was in though and cheered hardcore when I was out so all was well. We even got dinner after the game tonight the first time Coach has bought us a meal since last Thursday so you know it was special. French Fries were allowed as well so this was one golden meal. Classes went alright today. I think I am going to like my English teacher and class, not a big suprise there. Other classes went okay. I am in Coach Thomas' class and don't know anyone else but Cody Long and this creepy kid who used to stalk me. Coach spent the ten minutes we were there making fun of me, I feel the love. I talked Nikkie into picking the class up with me so it should be okay now. I am pretty sure that smell is me so I need to shower.

Crazy.... that's how I'll sum up my day. Classes went alright but I have no idea how I am going to make it through a whole semester of Tuesdays and Thursdays. My teachers are extremly boring and speak in monotone. Each one is an hour and a half and they are back to back makes for a long three hours let me tell you. Hopefully they will liven up a little as we go on if not it's gonna be a rough semester. Onto the more interesting things. Practice went alright today I was a little sore from working out at the rec yesterday but I made it. Coach was just not in a good mood today she didn't do anything bad but you could just tell she was in a bad mood and on edge. So was Coach Thomas he has been really out of it lately dealing with a lot of stressful stuff and just hasn't been himself. He left practice early because his step daughter was having a baby well all went well and he now has a healthy grandson. He called to let us know and said he was feeling better and was much more himself, he had been nervous about the baby. Oh the craziest part of the night. I flushed the toliet in my room after practice and it exploded. Water was going everywhere it was like Niagra Falls and it wouldn't stop. I tried to plunge it and that just made it splash more, my suite mate came in cause I was making so much noise. We tried to soak up the water with some towels and it just wasn't working. Somehow it stopped, but everything is soaked. Well then some of the basketball girls and I went to see Pursuit of Happyness for BYOB (which was a depressing but also a really good movie) and I almost got hit by a car. Then we came back to my room and all jammed in my bathroom to try and fix the toliet. We flushed it a couple times and it was overflowing but some of us just kept plunging and something happend and it fixed itself, for now anyways. Then I tried to do laundry and I put in all my clothes and soap but then the machine wouldn't work so I had to move them and then when I dried them I couldn't tell which coin slots went to which machine. Tonight has made me realize I have issues.

Class starts tomorrow and I am definately not ready. I have really enjoyed the life of being at school with my friends but just hanging out all day. Urgh learning, my brain hurts already. I had a good last free day though. We didn't have practice today but got up to lift weights at ten. The wrestlers were in there so we chilled in coaches office until eleven then went and lifted. Then I "enjoyed" my first cafeteria meal of the semester, man I didn't miss those. After that I got my schedule and rented my text books. We had to wait in line forever for those dumb books and then my schedule had to be revised because of some conflict which turns out wasn't even real. Then I went and got Ryan from Coach Thomas. He didn't have school today so was here at the college with Coach and was getting bored while Coach showed around some of his new baseball recruits for next year. I had him pretty much all afternoon. We played video games and basketball, watched spongebob, played guitar hero, and drew pictures. He was loving it hanging out with all us basketball girls, he kept taking pictures with us, they are really cute. After I took him back to Coach we hit up Walmart and Aldi's in the snow, man the roads are slick. This was followed by yet another delicious meal then we went and played ball and worked out at the rec. We were supposed to go to a dorm meeting but instead skipped out for ice cream at Steak n' Shake for like the fifth day this week, but it was good. Good by free time, hello learning:)

So everyone else at school moved back in today, still I have only seen the basketball girls. I don't mind they are fun people. We lost today to LincolnLand by seven, we should have won. Most out of the blue thing ever...I started. I know to think that just a month ago I was the last person off the bench. For once in my life change is good. We played a good first half and beginning of the second but then slowly fell apart, I can tell we are on our way though so that is good. Mom and Grandma came to the game which was nice I went to eat with them and Lincoln and was going to go home because we don't have practice tomorrow. I decided to stay though so I didn't get iced in at home, I have to get a schedule and books tomorrow. Well since I stayed we spent the night eating lots of food driving around, and playing some mean guitar hero. That game is sooo addicting we played for hours. My eyes still won't focus right, but I rocked out and that's all that matters. I got a suitemate today, she is from my old dorm too, but I had never talked to her. Here is a big schocker for all who know me well. I went over and introduced myself to her and her parents and talked to them all by myself without being nervous at all, I know I am growing up...be proud:) Should be an interesting night of sleep adjusting to the new sounds of everyone in the dorm, here's to first experiences.

Today was much better than yesterday. Less stress, less fighting, less anger, less running, less problems. I am really liking my new room right now. All the girls come over all the time, whether it's for lunch or just watching T.V. and I am enjoying it. We had practice at 2 today which was nice because it gave us a chance to sleep in. I was dragging a little today because of the workout yesterday but warmed up after a while. I talked to Coach Thomas after practice and now everything is better, he already knew everything I was going to tell him because he and Coach talked. I figured as much because he was more himself with me today messing with me and making fun of me like he does everyday. I feel much better with him picking on me than not talking to me, so all is good. Mom, Dad, and Justin came down tonight to take me to dinner and Walmart to pick somethings up. Justin and I were both dragging me because I was sore and him because of his stitches and crap. I told him he has nothing to complain about until he rips his shoulder apart has it pieced back together and then wears it strapped to his side for months while Mom and Dad leave him in a chair, he said I was dumb. I don't agree:). Okay well I have a big game tomorrow at LincolnLand so I need to get some sleep. This whole playing thing actually requires that I have energy, haha.

It has been a long stressful day. A lot of problems went on with basketball today things I can't even explain in writing it just wasn't good. Well what happened was really getting to me and I couldn't deal with thinking the coaches were mad at me so I had to go talk to Coach Wilson I feel sooo much better after talking to her. Ashley and I are going to talk to Coach Thomas tomorrow to make sure we are on the same page. I don't think I could get through the next semester without him and he knows it so hopefully we can work this out. I spent every moment of free time moving into my new room. It was tiring but I really like it. I got a lot of stuff unpacked but still have a ways to go. Some of the girls came helped us move in which was really nice of them and made things go so much quicker. Then they came back tonight and made signs for my walls and wrote things on my windows to christen my new room, I liked that. Well I am soo tired and my body is beat so it is time to try out my new bed.

Today has been....well interesting. Good news did come though and I am moving into my own room tomorrow in a new dorm which should be nice. I spent the afternoon packing some of my stuff into the car. We went out for dinner tonight to Cracker Barrell it was good and a fun time as usually anytime spent on the bus is a great one. Here's where the interesting part comes in. The two girls that just showed up yesterday for practice have been causing problems. They aren't allowed to scrimmage with us but instead run on the sidelines. This is just because they missed the whole first week when all we did was run. They thought they were being treated unfairly and one of them walked out of practice right when she had to start running. Then the Coaches went off on the other one for complaining and for not showing up the first week and a half, she was bawling but I agreed with what they said. Then we had to have a team meeting to discuss what to do with the girl who walked out. The only problem was she was at the meeting so I don't think we really got an accurate opinion and the team decided not to kick her off as long as she works hard and doesn't complain because she won't be playing. I hope she sticks to her word but I am afraid she may not. Spent the rest of the night making picture frames with Casie and Nikkie. Art is Good.

About how it is 12:45 and I need to be in bed for swimming in the morning. Oh well I am working on it. Today went alright two of the girls who didn't come back to practice showed up today which was interesting...lets just say they are definately the outsiders. Spent the day bargin shopping at goodwill, salvation army, and other random places with some of my teamates it was a lot of fun. But the best part was going to Abe's and getting candy it was superb. Then we watched our boys play ICC. Let's just say they beat the number one junior college team in the nation and it was pretty awesome. We used the game to style Ryan's hair into a sweet mohawk and he walked around saying rock on, the kid is adorable that's all. Just got back from yet another movie night which is always a good time but bed is calling so ya know.

We had a suprise game against Milikin tonight that we didn't even pick up until 12 this afternoon. We already had had swimming practice this morning and then got called to play this game. We played hard but made some mistakes and ended up losing by 3 in overtime. I played a lot again which I can't lie I have been enjoying. I even played most the overtime and took a last second shot, which I barely missed but oh well. I have been sick with some kind of sinus infection/cold this week so have been a little down but not bad I have this magical throat spray that numbs my mouth and is amazing. It was my bench buddy tonight everytime I came out I took some squirts, it was fantastic. The bus ride home tonight was more like a bus tour. We were in Decatur which is where Coach Thomas grew up so he was reminiscing all about his life and telling us random facts about everything we saw, needless to say he was feeling better. It was nice to have him back, there was much more laughter going on. Then I came back here and sat and talked to Ashley for about and hour and a half. I was planning on coming back and sleeping but obviously I became distracted. But really I need to go take a midnight shower so I'm off.

Carrie Out
Okay so it's late and I should be trying to sleep through my coughing so I am not going to write much. It has been a really busy day practice to practice meal to meal this is the first time I have been in my room for more than five minutes all day. Practices went alright there is just something about the day after a game that slows you down....or it could just be my cold. I am really hoping to not catch the flu Coach Thomas and Ryan were both out with it today and they were with me all day yesterday, so I am thinking healthy thoughts. Practices just aren't the same without Coach Thomas, they just aren't as funny, Coach Wilson tried to crack some jokes today but it just didn't work out for her. Random..we had fried chicken for dinner tonight and I don't eat things off bones so she had to pull it off for me so I would eat something it was slimy so I had to wipe it on a napkin before I ate it, but other than that it was okay. She did make baked potatoes and bring applesauce for me to eat so it wasn't too bad. The rest of the night was spent goofing off at Walmart and watching movies, good times. Well I got to get to bed so I can swim like Ian Thorpe tomorrow:)

This morning was a lot of fun, we had signs that said we love and spelled out Ryan. We stood on the top row and cheered really loud the whole time. Ryan was loving it all his friends kept saying "look at all your girlfriends," haha. How often does an eight year old boy get his own cheering section of fifteen college girls, he was soo excited we came he asked us to come again. The kid is just too cute. To our luck because we went to Ry's game we only had one practice today which was nice. After that we had sandwiches in the locker room showered real quick and then all went to the student center with our Coaches to watch the Illinois game and then the Tennessee women's game. I can honestly say it was the first NCAA womens game I have ever watched, but Candace Parker dunked which was pretty cool. Then we all went out to Bonanza for dinner, which was eventful as it is with every meal out in public for us. Lots of us laughing and other people staring, we can't help it we are just happy people. I just got back from Kellie's a bunch of us went over there to watch a scary movie. Kelsey called right before I went over there so she came with and got to meet some of my friends and stayed and watched the movie with us which was nice. Still I didn't do much watching me and scary movies don't mix, especially while I am here all by myself in a dorm with three other people and no one to protect me, oh well I think I'll be fine. We head out tomorrow morning for Jacksonville so it will be a busy day.

Today has been pretty busy. We had a hardcore swimming/weights workout this morning. It wore me out but was still head over heels better than gym practice. Then we all went to Taco Bell for lunch which was delightful. Slipped in a short nap then went back to gym practice. Lots of running scrimmaging and jump roping good times. We ended up eating dinner at Guzzardo's a nice Italianish place downtown. Jay and Amber had called earlier to see if I wanted to eat dinner with them there so we ran into them at the resturant. Coach Thomas and Jay had a grand time making fun of me. Dinner was nice and a lot of fun but I don't think they'll be taking us to another not fast food restaurant soon. Finchums came and got me after dinner and I spent the rest of the evening there playing with the girls and having Amber highlight my hair. It didn't turn out how we wanted but oh well we can't do anything about it now, haha. I just got back from the twins room we were making signs for Ryan(Coach Thomas' son) basketball game tomorrow. The whole team is going to watch him as a surprise, he has no idea he thinks we have practice, it should be fun.

Riding to Danville is incredibly long and boring. That bus ride took forever. We lost tonight didn't play bad but all the other team did was shoot threes and make them, kinda hard to catch up when we're only hitting twos. I actually got some playing time tonight and ended up playing most of the second half. Who knows how long this will last. It's always a mystery with Coach Wilson. We didn't go out for lunch today just had sandwiches in the locker room which was alright I get tired of all the fast food. I am really excited because we are in the pool tomorrow morning instead of the gym, which is soo much better. I will take cold water over twenty minutes of sprints any day. Okay well I smell and up till now have been too lazy to shower, but I think I can smell myself so I must be cleansed.

I went home last night right after practice and stayed the night. I had to go see the new baby, Kyleigh. I was soo excited that she finally came. I got to hold her it's amazing how incredibly perfect and innocent she is. I think I fell in love with her the moment I saw her, she is beautiful and so tiny. And also very content even being handed from person to person which is good if she is going to be in our family there are lots of people who are gonna want to hold her, who wouldn't she's so cute. Well I made it back to practice this morning, sore but I made it. We swam and lifted this morning which was nice kinda relieved some of my pain and was a lot better than running in the gym. Then we all went to First Wok for lunch, which has been fun, we get along well. Tonights practice wasn't even too bad sure there was a lot of jump roping and running but still it went by pretty fast which was enjoyable. Tonight I met Jodi, Carol, Kaylee, Angela, and Mom for a sort of roadtrip reunion dinner, it was really nice. I liked catching up and just being together like we used to be, it's just hard with Jodi out in Virginia. The rest of the night was spent hanging out in the twins rooms with some of my teammates being dumb and watching Pirates 2, talk about a good time. We have a game in Danville tomorrow should be quite the road trip...major stokage:)

I can't believe break is already over, well for me at least. It really flew by, so did Christmas. The holidays went well for me I really enjoyed being able to spend some time with my family, I just wish I got to see them more often. But here I am stuck at school for two weeks with only my basketball teamates it should be interesting. Right now my body is completely spent we ran two full practices today with lots of running, hope I can stand up in the morning:) Exciting news Keith and Ashleigh went into the hospital this morning so the baby should be on her way any time. Finally that whole nine month thing is just too long. Well I think this week I am going to be back and forth between school and home, especailly now so I can go see the baby. Plus all my friends are home and I would like to see them. Well I need to get some sleep for four more hours of practice tomorrow YIPPEE!
