I haven't posted because the internet has been down all weekend. Saturday we had a game we lost in OT after being up 20 points at one time...it wasn't pretty. Chelsea got hurt they thought she broke her leg, the ambulence came and got her. Luckily we found out it is just really sprained. Saturday night was spent taking care of Chels and hanging out and playing SIMS, good times. Sunday was spent working for a food drive at Walmart collecting food for the local food pantry. It is part of our Honors project. We collected enough items to fill a 12 passenger van, it was cold out but it was awesome to get that much stuff. Sunday night I went home to Church to see Ryan. He had just flown in that morning. We hung out at youth group, it was nice to see the kids and Brent. Then Ryan and I hung out at Lys' with her and Ryker for awhile. It was great just being able to hang out with Ryan I missed him a lot. Today has been okay. Tutoring and class were decent nothing thrilling. Practice was crap today though just for the mere fact that Coach was flipping out about everything. I think it is good we are getting a small break from each other everyone is on edge. Tonight we went over to Ben's room to hang out, Alex and Beal came over too. It was a lot of fun minus the fact that Finchy is Ben's suitemate and invited himself over and to Steak N' Shake with us too. We could have done without that. The rest of the night was spent chilling with Mary on duty always enjoyable. It is 12:15 I still need to shower...

Friday Fun
I just got back from Atlanta it was a grand old time. I went to Jay and Amber's to help Michelle with some wedding stuff. We made 420 name charms for toast glasses. I went to see Paige she broke her elbow this week and is in a bright pink cast from shoulder to fingers. It should look lovely with her flower girl dress next weekend. The day was alright. Tutoring was good this morning, we played a word match game it was fun. I took another test in Geography this morning I was done in ten minutes, it was a struggle. Then I went and hung out in Coach T's office we popped all his birthday balloons and threw them away, they've only been in there for a month. I visited Student Services afterword to see my favorite ladies got some nice hugs. I went to the lunch room then for two hours, I enjoyed some light conversation with my beloved Stoltzy, Coach T and the baseball boys. I then had a nice afternoon rest before practice. Practice was alright I guess, Coach has just been bugging me all week she has been riding me about nothing and it's just getting frustrating. At least I had Tony there to make me smile sometimes. Dinner was good, I had some roast beef and ketchup tasty. Then it was off to ATL. Now it is off to bed for my 10:00 am. bus.

On the Go
Crackers with PB & J are yumalicious, the perfect after swimming snack. I had a pretty on the go day. Started off with some class, how I love class. I was a little hyper all day. We finished reading a play, it was actually enjoyalbel Tennessee Williams, I even read some out loud in class. We got out early so Ashley and I went to visit Coach T for some nice morning conversation and laughter. Too much fun. Computers class didn't last long and I payed attention for none of it, oh the model student I am. The teacher asked us if we had had a lot of sugar, the answer was definately yes. Lunch was quick and uneventful two grilled cheeses and out. Another great psychology day class was cancelled so GLORIOUS! Spent my free time turning in my time sheets and running errands, and visiting Mr. Grunder to beg him to announce our basketball games. Then we went to chill in Coach T's office for awhile, he throughly enjoys our company no matter what he says. Practice was meh, I keep getting put on the bad team in scrimmage which is frustrating but I am trying. We ran a lot once again for stupid freshman decisions of the court. They are killing me. Then Chelsea and I went to the Rec with Coach Wilson to help put on a basketball clinic for grade school girls. It was a lot of fun playing with and teaching the kids. Came back here to a nice suprise, Percella and her son were here. He is soooo cute we were eating him up. I decided to go swimming with the softball team tonight which was delightful but I am kinda tired now, this could be a good thing maybe I'll get some sleep.

No School!
I messed up my computer some how it is going psycho. Even though I had no class today I still had to get up at 8 to go tutor. The kids were a little crazy but we made it through. I came back and took a quick rest before practice at 11:30. Practice was okay I just haven't been feeling it this week, it feels like we are playing in slow motion. Don't worry we still got plenty of running in. When practice got out the caf was closed so we went to Steak 'N' Shake for lunch, mmmsies. We then proceeded to go to the laudromat, first time ever. Ashley had a lot of blankets to wash so apparently this was easier and since none of us can go any where alone all five of us went. We hung out and made signs for our Honor's Project food drive on Sunday. Came back here and ended up in Student Services for a while talking to our favorite people and playing with Coach Thomas' little grandson. It was fancy Thanksgiving dinner night in the cafeteria it was pretty yummy. Ashley and I went on a dinner date with Coach Thomas and Ryan because they asked us too. I love them and it was an entertaining meal, I laughed so hard I was crying. After a quick shower we all went to watch the boys basketball game, it was packed. Alex and our friend Beal from LincolnLand came to watch with us. We won the game by alot and then went to Taco/Chicken to chill for awhile. That is the events of my day, the end.

Movie Night
I have come to the conclusion that I eat entirely too much. I always have to have something in my mouth and if I don't I chew my nails. I have issues:) Had an alright day today. Started off the morning with a visit to Coach Thomas it was neccessary I hadn't seen him in three days. We enjoyed some good story time. Classes weren't too bad today either. We read the "Glass Menagerie" in Lit I kinda like it. Only had a few projects in Computers class. Lunch was nasty and the normal crew wasn't there. Pysch was even good today we didn't take any notes it was all discussion and we got out early, awesome. Practice was okay. We didn't touch a ball the whole time, we just ran, jumped rope, did lane slides, and leg lifts. Still it only last one hour so it wasn't bad. After practice we hung out in the locker room for a while bonding with the freshman then we ate dinner with them. We are trying to get closer I can't help but think that will help us on the floor as well. Then Kelsey came down and we went to BYOB at the movies. We saw Fred Claus, it was no Elf but it was still good and the popcorn...magnificent. When the movie got over we just hung out and ate some pomegrante delightful. No class tomorrow funny thing is I have more to do on my off day than I would a day at class.

Late Start
This is probably going to be unorganized so prepare yourselves. My alarm did not go off this morning, great start. I woke up ten minutes after I usually leave for tutoring, I was in a hurry and running behind. Luckily I can operate under pressure I was less then five minutes late and no one noticed. My class today was review, no sweat. Went to lunch in a monsoon it POURED here today my pants were soaked through. Lunch was cold but fun my usuall crew was back for entertainment. Practice today was a joke. Coach Wilson couldn't talk over a squeak and Coach Thomas was home with Ryan who was sick. Our freshman thought that just because Coach couldn't yell we didn't have to work hard...wrong. We will definately pay for it tomorrow. Two of my teamates got into a fight partly words partly physical. It was a frustrating waste of two hours. Spent some time in the library tonight just because my friends went, I sat and messaged some friends on the computer and I read my play for class. Ash and I called Coach T we figured we ought to bounce our days off each other because he got so worked up when we didn't last time. Hopefully he'll be back tomorrow, he puts some laughter into any day. Hung out with Mary tonight don't worry she loves our company:)

Lovely Sundays
My day has been pretty....well nothing...and that is exactly the beauty of it. I think I rolled out of bed around 11:30 today maybe because I didn't go to bed until after 2 but hey what can you do. Went to lunch with Ashley it was the first time she has been out of the dorm to eat in about a week. We are making big steps back into the healthy world:) Lunch was alright, I downed me some pancakes. Then we went to Walmart where I proceeded to purchase myself four more pomegrantes, I cannot fight my temptation they are too good. Came back a few minutes into the Packers game of which they were leading. The Pack then continued on to destroy the Vikings by way of some glorious play by Brett Favre. Ah the beauty of yet another 300 yard game and a lovely 8-1 record. Did some laundry in between there stupid dryers I used didn't work so I had to pay double to get my clothes dry, ugh. Still had some time before dinner so I made the lovely slide writing thing you shall enjoy below. Dinner was nast, I had a brat but I think it was old. Sat with my friend Kyle, yet another baseball player, and enjoyed his company. I am liking hanging out with those guys this year it is nice having new friends. Tonight was spent at Ashley's dorm while she was on duty watching the ever engrossing Brothers & Sisters, this weeks episode was especially dramatic and especially entertaining. You know what I really need to do? Shower...she gone.

Two in a Row
It's one in the morning I am still up. My sleep patterns need some work. Our game today went well we won again but only by 8 this time. Still a win is a win anyway around it. I started and played a lot. I even had to be the point guard for awhile. I did well handling the ball and only had one turnover the entire game. I ended up with four points and a handful of steals, rebounds, and assists. I was feeling defense today. Our scorekeeper who happens to be my geography teacher was giving me crap before the game. He says I must like pain because I am always on the ground and diving head first after the ball. I have fun doing it, my body pays for it later though. I am pretty sore tonight. The night was spent chilling. One of my teamates from last year, Kellie, came over and so did one of our friends from Lincoln Lands team. We hung out in my room being dumb and watching Love & Basketball good times. We ate my second pomegrante it was delicious. Then I had Nikkie take me to Jimmy John's for some lovely late night dinner. Oh slim 5's are sooo delightful. The rest of the night I have spent relaxing watching a little Remember the Titans and talking to people on the phone. I know the joys of my life. The funny thing is I spent an hour and a half on the phone with Ashley who just lives across the street, we are dorks. Maybe if she wasn't infected with sick germs I would visit in person. No practice tomorrow, hopefully it's a non strenous day.

We Win
Got up this morning to go to class for all of 10 minutes. I had to take a quiz an open notes one at that talk about a waste of my time. I spent most of the morning in Coach Wilson's office watching Ali while Coach was in class. Oh the joys of beating a 7 year old in tic-tac-toe. Lunch was uneventful today I didn't get to eat until late so I missed my normal crowd. The afternoon was spent hanging out with Nikkie and Chelsea. We went to Walmart and then hung out at Chels house making a warm up CD for our game. We actually won our game, not just won but really won a 40 point victory. I think we scored more tonight than we did in our first three games. It feels good to finally get into the winners column. Coach T was telling me today that we aren't the worst team in the nation some team lost a game 104-13 and I think a win tonight moved us out of the bottom ten at least:) I started and played decent once again bringing in more rebounds and assists than points, but whatever works. We play again tomorrow lets see if we can make it 2 in row. After the game we had pizza in the cafeteria it wasn't good but I had fun haning with the team. Then I went and played in the student center with Ryan for awhile, I kicked his butt in shootout. I know another victory over a small child, I am soo awesome. Came back here and hung out with Mary for the rest of the night, she cracks me up. I even made a turkey for one of our bulletin boards...I know my talents are endless. By the way I got your card today Aunt Lynn Thank you!

Pomegrante Power
I need to go to bed but I am not, I procrastinate everything. Classes today weren't too bad. I got out of Lit early so I went and lifted in Coach T's class so I don't have to get up early tomorrow and lift. Smart thinking on my part, I am lucky that guy loves me:) I took a test in computers I was a little confused, hopefully not too confused. I got out early in that too which allowed me a nice leisurely lunch with the baseball coaching staff, interesting. Pyschology class resumed today and it was terrible as always, good times. Practice wasn't too bad tonight, but we still did a lot of running for the day before a game. Coach Thomas has found this tackling dummy thing and he brings it up to practice and beats us with it the whole time. He is enjoying that a little too much, but I guess it will make us better. After practice I ate dinner with the Freshman, I like them off the court they are funny girls. A quick shower after dinner and then it was off to Coach Wilson's house with Chelsea. We watched Ali tonight while Coach was at confrences. We had a lot of fun eating Halloween candy, playing Spongebob Life, and laughing with Ali. The confrence took about 45 minutes we stayed for 2 hours, once they let us in the house we never leave. We did steal a penguin statue out of Coaches yard though and are holding it ransom, well we will be when she finds out we took it, haha. Came back here and gutted my first pomegrante, it was quite the ordeal a couple kids came up to watch. No one knows what they are so my friends were all trying it. It was amazingly tastfully awesome. First home game tomorrow maybe we could win for once, I am not holding my breath. And now it is time for bed.

Good Friends
I got to learn about bats this morning wtih 2nd graders. It was interesting, I really love my tutoring job. The best part is I even get paid to do it. I kinda had a bad morning, I had a lot on my mind and was still just feeling a little run over. Geography class drug on but I got over it. I used my lunch hour to release my inner crap. It got me all upset but I felt better after I did it. When all my friends left Coach Thomas came over and sat with me, he didn't say anything he just sat with me and ate his lunch. I don't know why but it made me feel better having him there. When he left he told me to cheer up and stop looking so sad because we are going to be alright and life is good. He is right and a good friend. After lunch I came to my room and sat by myself for two hours doing nothing, no tv, no music, nothing. I just sat in my bed and thought things through and let stuff go. It was really helpful, Coach Wilson is always telling me to do that and today I actually did. She was also right, good thing I have Coaches who care. Practice tonight was alright but kinda hard. We did a lot of running, that always sucks, but I guess it only helps in the long run. Everything was full court and tiring but I feel good after a hard workout. When practice got over I went and got Ashley some food and drinks from the cafteria, she has the flu so I have to pick up stuff for her. I then dropped it off, from outside the room I was not entering her germ imporiam. Then I went to dinner with Chelsea at Rusty's it was a delightful dinner date:) Mom came down tonight as well we ran through Walmart and got some stuff, most importantly POMEGRANTE'S which are finally in season. I cannot wait to eat mine. The rest of the night has been spent cleaning my room, putting up laundry, and doing homework...joy joy!

300!
Right now I am a little I don't know...angry, frustrated, confused, and stressed. Not going to write about it on here but it just sucks. By the way this is post 300, crazy. Onto a non-overwhelming story, my day. I didn't have anything to do this morning before class so for the first time in months I actually got ready. My morning class was okay we are doing drama now so we are reading and interpreting plays which can be interesting. Computers was pretty non demanding as well so I enjoyed that. The greatest gift of the semester occured today, my psych class was cancelled. I can't even begin to describe how happy that made me. In my spare time I hung out in Coach Wilson's office with the teamates. I am sure everyone who has an office in her hallway loves us, haha. Then I went with Coach and Chels to shoot in the gym. I ended up shooting then doing drills and running for 15 minutes with 2 of our girls who had makeup practices. We didn't have practice today, it was nice to be off, but I think that will make tomorrow even worse. I chilled in my room and watched Cash Cab until dinner I learned a lot:) Coach Thomas called me at dinner he hadn't seen or talked to me all day and was apparently missing me. He was a little distressed without hearing my voice all day I guess. I love him. After dinner I went to Ash's room for a while and hung out she has been sick so I dropped off her work and filled her in on the day, always exciting. Tonight Nikkie and I got hungry so we went to Walmart for food. Good news that just came in. My teammate Percella had her baby around 9:30 tonight after about 26 hours of labor. She had a little boy, Tamar Jr., c-section but both are doing good. We are glad he is finally here. Okay well I need to do some homework.

Hyper DAy
Oh the adventures of my day. Tutoring went well this morning I just like spending the time in the classroom the kids brighten my day. My class of the day was class, the teacher has found out after recent tests that I don't really read the questions. I miss at least one a test because I just write down anwswers...oops. Then I went to lunch, for two hours:) I enjoy cafeteria conversation we have a good time, hanging out. In the two hours I was there I talked to Stoltzy, Coach T, the entire baseball team, and the student services ladies it was grandly. Came back and took a nice relaxation before the bus left. Our bus ride there was a funny one Chels, Nik, Ash, Cas, and I were all a little hyper and were laughing really hard the whole time. I don't know why but we were a bit rambunctous. Onto our game, oh our game. I started again but didn't play too overwhelmingly well tonight...no one did. We lost to a team by 2o that wasn't even good. It was frustrating but I just keep hoping it will get better. We got Taco Bell for dinner it was awesome ohh I love me some Chalupee's as Grandma would say:) Can I just take a moment to tell you how out of control Coach Thomas was tonight. Oh my goodness. He made fun of me all night long, let me correct that, all day long. He called Finchy twice on the way home to give me a hard time to the point where Finchy met us at the gym when we got back. The man is crazy I did have him a little worried though at one point because I asked him why he didn't like me. So for the rest of the night whenever he made a crack about me he'd smile and say I love you. He's ridiculous. When we got back I ran with Ash to Walmart to get some medicine cause she's sick...now I am sitting here neglecting the shower. I must give in.

Time's A'Changin
Time changes are confusing, it's thrown my whole day off. After a not good brunchel Ashley the twins and I came back to my room to hang out. We had rented We Are Marshall and were going to watch it. Well I forgot that my Packers were on so after realigning my priorites I ended up skipping the movie which they watched in my room and watched Brett Favre go to work in the twins room. I had already seen the movie so I missed nothing and gained a glorious second half comeback by the ever awesome 7-1 Packers. Go Pack Go. The rest of the afternoon I cleaned my room up, by the end of the week it is a pigsty. I also had to do my laudry three loads in just one week, I am out of control. Practice tonight was pretty non strenous and I was loving it. We did a lot of shooting drills and ran through offenses. Coach put stats up on the locker room board and I led in three of four categories, rebounds, shooting percentage, and assists. I was only lacking in turnovers, but that will improve. Still I was suprised to be leading anything, it felt nice. We had fun joking and just enjoying playing ball. We had lifting after practice and once it was over I had to run to my room and eat real quick before the ever awesome Brothers & Sisters came on. This leads me to an always favorite Finchy story. Ashley was on duty so we watched it in the lobby, he randomly came over. He sat on the edge of my chair the entire show and kept moving closer and closer to me, Ashley said he kept putting his arm behind me on the chair. He walked me back to my dorm and asked me if we could sit together at Michelle and Drew's wedding I told him I have a lot of friends from home coming and would sit with them. I just don't know when he'll stop trying, I am waiting. We play in Kewannee tomorrow so I need to get some sleep.

Roadtrip Return
Our first overnighter was a lot of fun but in a basketball sense not real successful. The ride down was a long one, we watched movies, colored, and played with the kids. Our first game was not pretty at all we lost 92-50 and that was with a decent second half, I can't even begin to describe the ugliness of the first half. I started and played quite a bit but didn't do overwhelmingly well, 4 points, a few assists, and five or so rebouds. The night back at the hotel was fun. We ordered pizza hut and hung out in the lobby. Chels, Nik, Cas, Ash, Carla and I got conjoining rooms and had a good time. Woke up in the morning to watch the kids swim and eat some breakfast. Then spent some time watching ESPN with Coach Thomas. We checked out about 12 and didn't leave until 1 we and the lobby were good friends. Our second game of the weekend was an improvement which at this point is all we could ask for. We played a lot better and only lost by fifteen. I actually played pretty well and almost all of the game, scored only 4 points again but accounted for most of our assists and a lot of rebounds. I also ripped off half my big toenail, got smoked in the shin, and just over all got a little beat up. But improvement is good. We ate at Subway afterword which was good. Coach Thomas was going at me again, we were going back and forth between tables and he was making fun of me, these people kept staring at him like he was some big jerk. We then had to explain to them that it was okay that's just how we are, it's a weird relationship but it works. He was all over me all weekend first thing in the morning to last thing at night. The team decided they like this though when he bothers me all the time he leaves them alone. I could care less I love the guy anyway around it. I was the child wrangler the whole way home two kids on my lap for three hours, kids are funny. We got back here and were starving so we hit up some Taco/Chicken to eat while we watched Reign Over Me. Good movie but really sad, still decent flick decent weekend.

Pre-overnighter baby
I am attempting to go over my notes for a geography test tomorrow...it is not working so well. My friends and Fresh Prince are distracting. Morning practice was non challenging just run throughs, breakfast was non good, and class was non interesting. I did get out 20 minutes early from psych though which was the most amazing gift ever. Coach Thomas was driving me nuts all day long. Everytime I would walk by he would ask me if I knew the plays yet. We were fighting about the difference between knowing and remembering something. At practice everytime I would do something right or wrong he was riding me. I then engaged in a highly entertaing back and forth dialog for about an hour with him during practice. Even when he's dumb he makes me smile. Practice was decent, our freshman are still struggling with the concept we like to call team, but hopefully this weekend will cause some progress. Ali and Ryan were pretty funny, they were loving us for some reason. I must have got 100 hugs today. They are so excited to go on the basketball trip tomorrow. I ate dinner with our freshman, I like them I just wish they could see what we see on the court. Then I came back here and chilled for a while accomplishing a lot of nothing and loving it. I walked to Jimmy John's with the twins when they got out of class and hung out. Softball was swimming too so I made a grand appearance there to see teamates:) We leave for a weekend trip to Freeport and Dixon. I love overnights so hopefully this turns out to be a fun weekend. I will be back Saturday night with an update.

Oh Halloween
Halloween...who cares?? Tutoring this morning went well, I got to play spelling hangman with the kids, they are pretty cute. My class of the day was non-interesting (better than boring right). Lunch was an adventure between Coach T, Stoltzy, and Finchy there was lots of laughter. Went and lifted weights I can feel my muscles bulging already. Spent some time in Coach Wilson's office she brought in bat cookies she had made for Ali's class. She was real proud of her decorating we decided. Came to my room did my homework always thrilling. Took a light napsky. Went to the lad printed out my finished homework and responded to some emails since it doesn't work in my room. Went to practice. Could not for the life of me remember a play from last year. I got frustrated because I knew I knew it but just couldn't get it. I sat out and watched and still couldn't remember. Coach Thomas was making so much fun of me telling me for once in my life I was wrong and telling me to worry that I would get a B in basketball. I just couldn't get it and he was not helping. We finally split and ran it without defense Coach Thomas then felt bad for making fun of me so much. I could tell cause he was trying to be all sweet. No fears though when I ran it through without defensed it clicked and I remembered. Ali and Ryan had on their costumes tonight they are cute kids. Ali was a doctor and Ryan was a pirate, nice. Then I went to Coach Andrews house for a pizza party. We ate played fun games and handed out candy to the trick-or-treaters. I enjoyed it. Came back here and went grocery shopping. Halloween here can get out of control so we were very low key tonight. Safety first:)

Brett Favre How I Love Thee
Can we all just take a moment a reflect upon how great Brett Favre is?
Thank you that was magical wasn't it. Okay so that game last night awesome and that overtime pass phenomenal. Plus all the clip show before the game by his wife, beautiful. Sorry I am just reveling in all the Packer glory cause yeah baby 6-1. Moving on. Finished watching Hamlet in Lit class today it wasn't too bad, now I have to write a paper on it, dull. Created a database from scratch today for my computers class, sometimes that can get confusing. I didn't get lunch today but I did grab a grilled cheese from the snack bar to eat during psych and I was psyched that I kept it down. I feel a lot better today and didn't puke at all hurray!! Boring+stupid=psychology. After class I chilled in Coach Wilson's office for a little bit we were enjoying giving her a hard time today, sometimes you just can't resist. She earned it too she got a play poster with Creepy Finchy on it and had him sign it to give to me. It was ridiculos I hung it up in the lockerroom for everyone to enjoy. We had pictures tonight before we left for MacMurray. It was exciting that I didn't have a boot to hide in this years picture. Our games tonight were okay not our best but not terrible. We don't know who won we didn't keep score because D3 schools can't apparently. We went to McDonald's after not exactly what you want to eat after three days of being sick, but right now we are doing well. Coach Thomas once again asked a McDonalds worker out for me, oh what would I do without him:) I told him he could come to our wedding. Ryan was pretty much attached to my hip all night, I don't mind though I love that kid, even if he is all but sleeping in my lap. I need to attempt to do some homework real quick like before bed.

Sickly
Okay so I feel like crap. I was up all last night throwing up. I can't keep anything down. I think I ate something bad at the bondfire this weekend. I don't know but it is killing me now. I went to tutoring this morning and made it through. I had to stop by Walmart on the way home to pick up some Pepto. I had it in my bag and was taking shots out of it all day. Coach Wilson thought it was digusting I thought it was helpful...I only puked once. I made it through my class of the day then went to the caf. The blood drive was today those always creep me out, I hate things touching the insidese of my elbows. For lunch I had five glasses of Sprite, fulfilling. I then sat and talked to the baseball boys discussing football. Ashley and I had to lift after lunch since we missed it this morning. After that I came back to my room and slept for two hours. It was neccesarry. I woke up in time for practice. I barely made it, apparently I looked really pale. All I know is that I was sweating profusely, dizzy, fighting back vomit, and my hands and feet were tingly. But I made it and that is victory. Everytime I would come out Coach Thomas would ask me if I was okay I was kind of in a daze. Ryan is still mad at me for not babysitting so I told him he could sit with me on the bus and I would play with him tomorrow, we have a scrimmage at MacMurray. The night has been spent chilling in my bed trying to get some rest. Me, my bed, and Monday Night Football had a date tonight. Go Pack Go!

Fall Fun
This should be quick my lack of sleep this weekend is catching up with me and I am beat. We got lost on the way to Auburn last night ended up taking a nice detour to New Berlin, nice town:) Well we got there eventually and it was a lot of fun dressing up hanging out and downing food. Maybe too much good food we have all felt pretty sick all day, hopefully it goes away by tomorrow. We woke up this morning and st around watching Matlida and just chilling in the twins living room. It was nice and relaxing we miss living rooms and couches. We got back to school around three. I spent the afternoon cleaning my room, vacuuming, and doing laundry it was a grand time. I also had to squeeze a nap in there, I slept through dinner, oh well I am worn out. Luckily we didn't have practice tonight, Coach decided we needed a day off and cancelled it. What a glorious gift. She forgot to call Coach T though so he called me tonight asking if we had practice, oops! Tonight was spent putting away clothes and watching the ever wonderful Brothers and Sisters, oh the drama. I have tutoring againg tomorrow so to bed I said.

Old People Central
Okay I am blogging right now cause I won't be here tonight. Welcome to yet another busy day, who's complaining though I like it. Got woke up this morning by a Coach Thomas phone call asking if I could watch Ryan tonight. Well I already have had plans for a month so I had to turn him down, which I feel really bad doing, even though he understood. I just hate not being able to help them out the one time they ask when they help me out everyday. Ryan is mad at me too he wanted me to come over and play so I promised I would another day. It is parents weekend here the place is swarming with families. This means good food though so hurray. Ash, Chels, Nik and I all went to brunch this morning....Finchy and his parents sat with us, such fun. Then we scrimmaged the alumni in a basketball game. It was crazy most of those girls still play they graduated from Lincoln five years ago or less. We dominated the first half but some how in the second they caught up and gave us a run for our money, no worries we won. I am sore now though they were beating us up, I got gut checked into the stage on a layup and it hurt. Still it was a lot of fun for everyone. Game days always make Coach Thomas into a nice guy it's crazy, he was giving me crap though cause Finchy was our ref. That special gift was from Coach Wilson those 2 drive me crazy. Then Mom and I went to a Scholarship Reception it was boring but I did meet and thank a lady that gave me some money so that was nice. Now I am all dressed up in an 80's workout outfit to go to a Halloween Bondfire wat the twins it should be a fun night!

Busy Bee
It is 2:30 in the morning and you guessed it I am still awake. It has been a pretty jam packed day. I tutored again this morning. I am a second grade tutor for one of Coach Wilson's former players. So far I have really enjoyed it. This morning all the kids read to me then I helped them type spelling sentances. When I got back I had to take a geography test I know I missed at least four points because I realized once I turned my test in I had answered a question wrong...oh well. Had a lovely lunch with the baseball boys, Stoltzy, and Coach T, always a pleasure. Then I worked for the blood drive for an hour. I just had to get people to sign up it was pretty thrilling. After that I had a counselors meeting to help me fill out an online application to Wesleyan that I had been having trouble with. I was a little ADD and it took me awhile but we got all of it done but the essay, I need to work on that. Then I went to practice everyone was on time which was nice but we were all a little slow today the wear of yesterday showed a bit. My shorts are too big and we were jump roping well I always feel them slide down a little when we do extensive jumping but it isn't too big a deal they stay up. Well today they didn't, my shorts fell down right in the middle of jumping, but no fear I had on spandex. Running from practice to dinner Casie, Chels, Ash and I went to Chopsticks to eat with Mary. It was a lot of fun especially since Mary is BFF with a chinese lady there funny stuff. I then flew from dinner to watch the play with the Thomas family. Coach T called and told me he saved me and my friend seats....right in the front. He thought it was hilarious cause creepy Finchy kid looked up at me a few times. Oh well the play Of Mice and Men was actually very good. Tonight we helped chaperone a middle school lock in at a local church. We got to play lots of games and be 12 years old again we had a lot of fun. Now I need to attempt to sleep.

Happy Tuesday!
Hmmm let's see. I got up for weights this morning and I pumped Fe (this is tricky I know). Four girls were late without reason, sweet. In literature class we started watching Hamlet, the one with Mel Gibson, it's alright but I was zoning a bit this am. I took a test in computers, which means I got out extra early, I don't think it was too hard hopefully my grade reflects that. In my spare time I ate lunch then went and sat in the weight room with Coach Wilson and Chelsea while she lifted. I got a package today, my first ever, it was SO exciting. It is from Kelsi Logsdon and was full of all our favorite snack foods for my birthday, delicious! Psychology sucked like always though we did get released 10 minutes early. Practice today....well....Coach Thomas was the only one there the first half and hour which is always an adventure. He gets a bit power trippish in charge but we love him anyways. Girls were late again he got mad and we ran sprints for 10 minutes while he lectured. He had a good point. Then we did something called long layups well it is basically a drill where you dribble full court and then have four different shots to take. In all we took 32 shots a piece and collectively ran sprints for every single shot our entire team missed. Lets just say we ran some more. It is a little frustrating for us sophomres though when we continually get punished for our freshman slacking off. Still we understand they mean well and are just proving points, I think what happend today was a very good thing. I wish Coach T would speak up more often, he usually has good things to say when he is being serious. They loved our random Tuesday gifts by the way. Tonight I had planned on writting my lit paper instead I went to volleyball game with my friends, played with Ryan, went to Walmart, and sat downstairs and talked to Mary who is now an Adult RA but used to play basketball here for Coach Wilson. We frequently talk and swap stories about basketball it's kinda funny. I did get my intro for my paper done though, so yeah me!

Wet Pants
Dang people don't take their laundry out of the dryer. I had to do laundry tonight to prevent a naked Tuesday, I was fresh outta pants. Well all the dryers were full and I waited and waited and finally one opened, only I needed two. I shoved all my clothes into one and they didn't fully dry, now they are laying out all over my room to finish drying. Hopefully this happens only thing worse than no pants is wet pants. I didn't sleep too well last night so after weights this morning I came back and took a nap before class. I took a test in my class of the day it was easy. Lunch was enjoyable, once again we had a baseball boy-basketball girl lunch with Stoltzy it was fun. Then Ash and I ran to Walmart, I needed some things and wanted to buy some stuff for myself. Well I happend to come across Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and you better believe I snatched it up, I love that movie. The afternoon was spent in my bed not sleeping, no TV, just relaxing, my body needed it. Practice today was alright, more running and a few more people came today. I think a girl quit though. I was practicing full court and trainer Joe came up he was mad at me and made me sit out. He stayed upstairs the rest of practice to make sure I didn't go back in. He told me no sprinting I wasn't sprinting it was clearly a light jog, but whatever I just want this dumb pain to go away. Had dinner with the freshman players tonight and I enjoyed it they are funny girls, just make stupid decisions alot. The rest of the night was spent making random gifts for Coaches with Casie. They are Tuesday presents and for absolutely no reason, but that's how we roll. Maybe I should have done homework....oh well.

Cause It's My Birfday
Cause it's my birfday! That is what we have been saying all day long and I personally find it funny. Didn't accomplish much this morning, just cleaned up. This afternoon Jessie and Kelsey came down and met me and my other friends for lunch at Rusty's. Chels, Casie, and Nikkie came with us it was a lot of fun. We brought my funfetti cake with us to eat and it was yum. They got me the coolest most random stuff ever. I got a really cool basketball bank thingy, a pirate poster, silly putty and string, funny glasses, a bling ring, and a bunch of other stuff. Pretty much things I would enjoy and everyone else would think is dumb, but I love them. After we got back from eating Carla came over to see me, she bought me a basketball hoop for the back of my door it is awesome, and a growing snake. Everyone left around five and then I had practice at six. Ashley was back from her soccer game by then so I got to see her she brought me a banana and some fancy socks, they are sweet. Ali even got me a card, what can I say the children love me. This is the first birthday I can ever remember actually getting stuff for, I got a lot of cards which I love more than the stuff, they are hanging on my wall. Practice was really good tonight I thought. We only had nine players show up, two are hurt, one didn't come for no reason, and one got kicked out of practice and now off the team. Everyone was actually practicing hard, we ran a bunch of half court things and didn't even have to run sprints, yet I was more tired than running makes me. It was all I could do to focus tonight though when Coach Thomas was on the floor. He had on the most ridiculous clothes, which he apparently thought looked good and we were all busting up. He had on some purple cut sweatshirt which looked like he borrowed it from an 80's work out girl with a v-neck t-shirt under it, it was too much chest for our liking. He also had purple shorts that were kinda short and when he was doing defense stuff we were dying cause we were either seeing his gut, his chest or too much of his leg. He kept offering me the balloons from his office for my birthday, dork. Then tonight I got mad but no worries we solved it with a Burger King Icee and some Brothers and Sisters. It's been a long day and bed is calling.

Rockin with Toby
I just got back from the Toby Mac concert and it was awesome. They were opened up for by Thousand Foot Crutch, who I like but did not sound too good live. I think that their bass was up to high you couldn't hear their singing at all. Barlow Girl also opened for them, they are an all girl group and were pretty good. I especially liked their drummer she was rocking out. The best part though was definately Toby Mac. His show had breakdancers, beatboxers, a dj with turn tables, rappers, trumpets, a little bit of everything. It was fun to watch and Toby Mac sounds just as good live as he does on the radio. It was really cool watching them on stage and watching our kids they were really getting into it. It was definately a night well spent. My day though started with a deep cleaning of my room. I finally put up my laundry from fall break, I was a little behind to say the least. No fears though we are all clean now, at least for today. Then I went out to watch our boys play soccer for awhile. I sat with Ashley, Coach T, and Coach Andrews it was some lovely conversation. Then I went with Mom and Brent to get a new cell phone. No one will ever guess what I got. A PINK razor, yeah that's right me and pink, hey it happens. We went to Grandma Poorbaughs for a little bit then before Brent and I came back and got ready for the concert. Mom did make me a funfetti cake though to bring back, it looks delightful. Alyssa got me an awesome Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends T-shirt, I can't wait to wear it. Also I got my birthday cards from Kathy and Ron and Grandma Poorbaugh in the mail, thank you very much! Tomorrow is birthday hopefully it's a good day.

Tripods are Necessary
Ahh so about my day. This morning we had shooting practice. It was pretty mild but I enjoyed it, some parts of my teamates are starting to grow on me. After we were done we went to breakfast, I had like my 50th bowl of Special K with berries on the week. I just tried it this week and it is sooo good, I am addicted. Then I went and slept in a chair in Coach Thomas office, it was a grand time. Funny thing though he came early this morning so he could unwrap the rest of his tinfoil and pick up all the balloons. No worries our signs and streamers are still up. Class was next, I drew pictures instead of listening, my bad. Some of the afternoon was spent with Coach Wilson trying to figure out how to register for the stupid basic skills test I need to take to get into a teacher education program. I think we finally decided to apply for a mail in one because online registration sucks. In the afternoon I got a pleasant suprise, Jay and the girls were in town and came to see me. I haven't seen them in a long time, so it was great to talk to them even if it was just for a little bit before my bus left. We scrimmage in Champaign tonight against some confrence teams. I didn't dress, Coach wouldn't let me. Instead I videotapped with a 50 pound camera I swear is from like 1945. We didn't have a tripod and it hurt my shoulder. I sat way up high in the bleachers with Ali and Ryan, they were a little attached to me tonight. I couldn't go anywhere without them. Bad news though we think our best freshman who was a good point guard tore her ACL in the first game. We ate dinner at Fazoli's it was delightful, and Coach Thomas was cracking me up. Once we got back here all I have done is talked to the twins for a while now I am tired and need restsky.

Stupid Leg
Man Thursdays just kick my butt. Weight lifting was grand this morning the crazy cleaning lady kept following me around telling me dumb things. Classes were exceptionally boring today, I feel like I accomplished nothing in them. I was supposed to start a paper in Lit I drew with my highlighter. I got out of computers early again so getting to eat lunch was a blessing. Pyschology, yeah let's not even go there I think I have established that that class is idiotic. After classes I had to go to some transefer fair thingy. There weren't really any schools there I was interested in but I got some flyers just to make Coach happy. Coach found out I hurt my leg today. I am really frustrated with it, I don't understand why I keep pulling my muscles, I have never done it before. I just want to play and in the back of my mind I feel like sitting out however little it may be just pushes me back. I don't want this year to be like last year, but I have to follow her rules. Coach Thomas was scrimmaging at practice today it was the funniest thing I have seen in a long time. I was crying at one point from laughing so hard and he wasn't even trying to be funny. After practice I ran to dinner then went to the volleyball game, which we won. I sat with Bridgett and played with Ryan, which was enjoyable. I love the Thomas family. The night has been pretty low key. I hung out and munched with Ashley and Casie, sometimes you just need to relax.

Operation Tony Turns 40: Phase 2
Operation Tony Turns 40 was definatetly a success. His reaction this morning when he opened his door was priceless and even better when the entire team came around the corner and suprised him. It took him 15 minutes just to unwrap the things on his desk that he needed, it was pretty entertaining. He was loving it though and left most of it up, I am pretty sure he felt special. He walked around all day long telling everyone, I saw people in his office today I have never seen. We are definately proud of our work and making his birthday memorable. My class of the day was blah, I took a test, it was easy I got out early. We had a "special" meal at lunch today. The tables were all fancy set up and we got random food we would never get before pretty exciting. Then we went back and hung in Coach and Coach's office for the afternoon. I did get him a real gift though, a framed drawing I did of Cal Ripken, who he loves. I am not going to lie the drawing is pretty awesome. On the subject of art I dropped my art class, the instuctor has only shown up twice all semester and was very unreliable. We did get more entertainment out of the office though when Coach T opened the door and a balloon flew out at him, it scared him and he tried to attack it. We decided we have ruined all feelings of security he has about his office and he will never open the door in peace again. Took a light rest time before practice and it was grand. Practice was okay and I played football with Ryan for awhile before it started. But here's something annoying, I think I pulled my left hamstring right after my quad finally healed. I feel like a baby though so I didn't tell Coach but man does it hurt. I wish it would just go away. Random information: Mom and Aunt Lynn I got your cards today thank you very much we all know I LOVE MAIL! "To Bed...to bed I said"

Operation Tony Turns 40: Phase 1
Ohh the adventures of my day. I had an honors meeting this morning at 8:30 it took forever and was pretty much useless. It bored me out of my mind. I then proceeded to have to sit in that same classroom for an hour and a half more. Classes were dragging today. Computers class was okay simply because I got out early. Psychology class sucked, I just can't stand it. Today we discussed ADHD and the teacher stared at me the whole time. She drives me crazy. Spent the afternoon running dumb errands for Coach Andrews, like getting his mail and delivering his letters. He was cracking me up today. Practice today was better I finally felt like I played well and it was relieving to get out of that little rut. I was just stuck it seemed trying my hardest and getting medicore results. Hopefully I can continue to improve. After practice I played with Ryan for a little while, he's a cute kid. Tonight was phase one of our top secret mission Operation Coach Thomas Turns 40. I found out a way to get his office unlocked without him knowing by messing with the knob when he has it unlocked. Well this is usually easy business today it took me forever to get the lock to budge. Fear not I got it. Later tonight Casie, Nikkie, Chelsea, Ashley and I went into the office and beautified it. We wrapped everything he owns in tin foil, even his computer and phone. We wrapped all his shelves and picture frames, and TP'd his chairs. We blew up balloons and threw them on the floor, and hung birthday streamers from the ceiling panels. We also left big notes all over the walls. Coach Wilson cancelled practice tomorrow morning so we can see his face when he gets in his office in the morning. It should be interesting. We were hungry when we got done so we downed some food. Phase two goes down tomorrow on the official birthday.

Being Helpful
I got up this morning to lift weights it was a grand time. In case you can't tell by my humongus physique I am quite talented at pumping the iron. For the past two days I have played the part of the middle man in the most confusing triangle ever. My friend wants to quit the basketball team, she thought about it after last year but still went out this year. I don't really understand her reasoning as to why but am trying. She is frustrated and unhappy and I get that, but something else still isn't right. She just hasn't been herself this year, well actually since last year. I think she is depressed, I have talked to her about this for awhile and she is finally deciding to take some action about it. She doesn't like things she used to and I told her she isn't being fair to herself being so unhappy all the time. Hopefully things get better, but as for now I am playing the role of mediator and supportive friend. Stoltzy helped a lot this morning he went to breakfast with us and had a nice long talk about basketball and our frustrations and really helped put some things in perspective. I also talked to Coach Wilson a little about it as well. This afternoon we went to print off some pictures and run errands. I think every single photo booth was down...fun times. Practice was okay I just don't feel like I am playing very well, I am trying my hardest but I don't know, it's like scrimmages rip me apart. I did have fun playing with Ryan at practice though, I love that little boy. Coach Thomas made fun of me pretty much the whole time and I still don't understand what he was joking about. Sometimes that man confuses himself I think. Tonight we ran to Coach Wilson's house we had to pick up some old newspapers for a top secret mission but ended up stayin and talking for over an hour. Plus we got free food. I am doing my laundry for the first time in 2 weeks and really need to go get it out of the dryer.

Basketball Blowout
It's been a long day, not in a sense of being bad, but literally long. We were gone on a basketball trip for almost 12 hours. We played three games and lost them all, this is just a glimpse into their awesomeness: score of the first game, 67-14. We improved each game but still didn't look to hot. This was expected though we were playing D1 schools. I played decent but definately know I could do better. It was just a wearing day thats all lots of playing an little rest. I enjoyed myself though I enjoy the bonding of long bus trips. We as sophomores were a little frustrated though it is just hard to play with freshman who don't know the plays and don't pass. Whatever these are set up to be learning experiences. Mom came down tonight to bring me a new cell phone. We went to Steak N' Shake it was yummy yummy. I love me a Halloween carmel apple milkshake, soo good. Then I went over to Ashley's to watch Brothers and Sisters, oh how awesome is that show. Right now I am watching the Jungle Book and am distracted, so that is all.

Children's Day
This is my attempt at a quick short writing. We play all day long in Bellville tomorrow so I need to get some sleep and am already running late on that. Got up this morning to go to Ali's soccer game with the twins and Chelsea. It was a little chilly but we managed. Little kids soccer is funny. They won the game and it was fun. Then we came back here to sleep some more and eat some lunch. After taking a short trip to the Dollar Tree Casie and I went to watch Ryan's last football game. It was actually a good game for them and they won 19-0 their second victory all year. We sat with Bridgett and her parents and spent most of the game talking to them. Tony came over to harass us after the game, during the game he is like a soccer mom. Ryan was really excited that we came and that he won so it was a good day to go. Tonight we had our first volunteer event for our Honor's Project. We worked at a gradeschool halloween carnival. It was a lot of fun to work with the little kids. My station was a hayrack ride so I spent the evening riding the hayrack with the kids and reading them scary stories out of a book. I really enjoyed myself and so did everyone else. The rest of the night was spent hanging out and talking in the lobby. Some days you just miss couches.

Boo Scary
I was a little hyper today, I am really not for sure why. I had an hour to waste after weights this morning so I went and sat in student services and talked to the lovely staff ladies with some of the girls. My day is just not complete without stopping in to say hi to them. Then I went and hung out in Coach Thomas office for awhile, always sure to bring laughter.I can't tell you at all what my geography class was about today. I payed absolutely no attention I was not focusing well today, and I drew pictures, good times. Lunch was next and I had some awesome mini tacos, they were soo good. I had lunch with Stoltzy, Coach T, and some baseball boys, it was highly enjoyable and entertaining. The girls basketball team and baseball team are bonding this year, we decided it's because we both share the understanding of that which is Coach T. Then Ashley, Nikkie and I ran some errands in town, I think we made our 8th trip to Walmart this week. What can we say we love the place. I got a new job today, tutoring grade schoolers. I had to fill out all the paperwork and have a meeting with the head lady, it should work out well. Practice was meh today. We were getting frustrated with our freshman, we have one offense they don't know it and they don't work hard. Somedays it just gets annoying. After an always amazing cafeteria dinner I went with Kip and Deanna downtown to visit while they ate. It was nice to see them and get to spend some time talking to them. I love my family. Right after that I went with a big group of friends to Sherman to go on a Haunted Hayrack Ride. It was a lot of fun but I hate scary. Still we decided it made us feel fally, like we were truely enjoying the season. Then we just came back here to hangout, it was a good night.

Good news on Mr. Hemenway he sat up and ate today. He is really improving, which is a great relief. And that's all she wrote.

7. Went to practice, didn't have to run too much today, nice bonus. Played with Ali and Ry.
8. Enjoyed some scrumtrulescent taco soup for supper.
9. Hung out and talked with Nikkie, Casie, Chelsea, and Ashley.
10. Accompanied my softball team to the pool, I watched, they swam. Just the way I like it.
That was pretty much my day, sooo exciting I know but it works for me. Later tonight I may be accompaning Ashley to Walmart after she gets of duty. I love creepy late night Walmarters! Good news on Mr. Hemenway he sat up and ate today. He is really improving, which is a great relief. And that's all she wrote.

I <3 Peer Pressure
Today has been a better day. Justin called me at 12:45 last night asking me to drive him to Steak N' Shake, he is dumb and I had a 15 minute conversation with him just laughing at the stupid things he was saying. It was all a bit funny. This morning I had nothing basketball so I got to sleep in nice. My class of the day was nothing special but I once again got an A on my test, whoo hoo. Lunch was alright I made myself some delightful potato boats. Creepy Finchy invited himself to our table, I left rather quickly:) After running a few errands I went back to the caf to sit and talk to Coach Thomas and Ashley, and Finch somehow happend to still be there. Good times for me, it was all once again rather funny. After that I had basketball individuals with Ashley and Coach Wilson. We did nothing but shoot and talk to Coach the whole time, very worthwhile. Back to Coach Thomas' office then to deliver him a lovely happy card we made him, he loved it...our cards are quite the hit. After some always informative discussions with Tony I then went to student services to pick up some stuff and ended up sitting in there for 45 minutes talking to Alex, Ben, and Casie about stupid things. I am an excellent manager of time. Practice tonight was interesting. Our freshman kept doing the wrong things, had horrible attitudes, and were being really mouthy. To the point where Coach Wilson kicked one out of the gym. We had to do lots of extra running thanks to their stupidity. There was a funny part to practice though. I was standing at half court to run a drill and Coach Thomas grinning calls me over. I ask him what he wants and he tells me that he needs to pick his nose but he doesn't want everyone to see him. He then makes me block him so he can pick his nose I was dying laughing but no one else knew what was going on. I knew we were close but I didn't know we were that close:) I again spent 30 minutes after practice talking to Coach Wilson about anything and everything. Better news on Coach Hemenway he was starting to talk a little not real coherently but anything is improvement. We also found out he has no brain damage, and as of now he didn't get a feeding tube. Now we just have to hope he can come out of his medicated coma fully. the night was filled with nothing productive. I went to the library because all my friends were there. Yeah peer pressure. We ended up having a facebook comment battle, a funny one, but no studying oops.

Party in My Room
I have had a pretty decent day, a little tired but still good. So Ash, the twins and I all got up at eight this morning because we thought we had a honors meeting. Well apparently we can't read, the meetings next week so we all got up an hour early for nothing. Nicely done. In our free time we went to breakfast in the cafeteria with Stoltzy. Good way to start the day laughing at him. Classes were alright minus the fact that I don't really like my Tues/Thurs classes. Especially Psychology of which I had no friends in today since they all had a soccer game. After classes got over I took a light nap, I was really tired, before practice. Practice was fine, we got to play some games today which was fun. We got to play with Ali and Ryan for awhile which I always enjoy, they make me smile. My body is a little sore this week, it hurts getting back into shape. I missed dinner tonight because Chelsea, Kelli (my friend from last year), and I sat in the locker room for 45 minutes talking to Coach Wilson. We were talking about Coach Hemenway, we still don't have any good news, he isn't coming out of his medications. They did say though he reacts a little when he kids are there, apparently he kissed his daughters had last night and kinda moves whenever his son talks to him. This is good news but we really don't know what it means. Tomorrow they will determine if he needs a feeding tube, we are really hoping he doesn't. We found out the night he wrecked he was at a bar earlier with some faculty and they are are feeling really guilty, even though he had left hours earlier. Still it's understandable. We made Mr. Sexton, our honors teacher from last year who loved our class, a feel better card. He loved it kept telling us thanks all day long. He is having a rough time, he replaced Mr. Hemenway as swim coach when he became AD. The mood on campus is kind of subdued, it sucks. The night was really fun. Chels, Kelli, and I ran to Walmart for food to replace dinner, it was delicious. Then we had a hangout party in my room, at one point in time there were 10 people in my little room. Alex, and my other friends Tommy, and Ben came over to hang out with us. It was a lot of fun, and really loud. We decided they need to come over more often, they agreed. Typing over.

The Never Ending Packing Cycle
In the past two days I have become a professional hedge clipper. This morning I went all around the house cutting down random trees and weeds, pretty much any random growths...good times. This afternoon I went to lunch in town with Brent and Darci, Dani was supposed to come but she had homework. Who does homework at noon on a Monday? The food was grand and it was nice to spend some time with them. Fireside at lunchtime was like old people palooza, sad thing, Brent knew all of them. He frequents that place with Grandpa. After that Brent went out to school for his game and Darci came over and chilled in the hot tub with me. Good times good times. Then I packed up everything to come back to school, boo packing. I came back here unpacked, well almost, I just didn't put my clothes away, close enough. Then we headed to practice, we were all a little nervous about this for some reason. Maybe the fact that we feel out of shape and were a little worried on how the Coaches were taking the car crash. It was okay though, Coach Thomas wasn't as loud as usuall, but he was there, he was talking, and we even got a little laughter. The gym was 400 degrees today thanks to the air being off since Wednesday so it was a little stuffy which didn't help the running but whatever. We have no good news on Mr. Hemenway he wasn't coming out of sedation and wasn't giving any signs he recognized anyones voices. But we are all still hoping and praying. Other bad news one of my friends from home who had cancer her sophomore year went to the Dr. today and they think it has returned after almost 2 years remission, she is a senior now. She will have lots of Dr.'s appointments over the next few days to help determine whats going on. And well this sucks and I am sure she could use some prayer. Okay enough depressing news. The evening was spent hanging out with Casie and Ashley which is always a spirit lifter, and we watched the Bachelor and he's a hottie. It is nice to be back at school and getting back into my routine, but that also means I need sleep.

Just Read It
Right now I am kind of in a state of worry. We just got word this afternoon that the Athletic Director at my school was in a bad carwreck this weekend. At the moment he is in serious condition with major head injuries. When I talked to my Coach earlier this evening they said they should know more about an outcome in the next 24-48 hours when all his meds start to wear off. He was drinking and driving at 1 in the morning without a seatbelt on. I just don't get this and no one else seems to either, it is just very unlike him. He was a pretty undercontrol guy, always wore his seatbelt, and is a very dedicated father to his two young kids. It just doesn't make sense. I really worry about his kids and the other people close to him he is Coach Thomas' best friend and Ryan's Godfather. It's just weird I spent Wednesday and Thursday sitting and talking to him at the soccer games. I wouldn't say we were close but he always went out of his way to talk to me and see how I was and I appreciated it. I know he made a stupid decision, but he and his family could really use some prayers right now.
Other than that I have had a good day. I started the morning off at church. Service was good and it's always nice to catch up with friends. I came home for lunch and then Mom and I went to Tremont. We stopped by to visit Kathy and Ron and drop off a leaf net. After that we went to Grandma's I washed and put away all her statues, and trimmed her bushes. I am pretty much awesome. Then we went over to Sam and Josh's to visit and play with Clayton. I love doing this and even recieved an invitation this time to come over:) Clay was being his usuall funny self and it was nice just to hang out...even if Josh did make fun of my plaid shorts (he's just jealous, haha). Tonight Mom and I fixed a delightful dinner, grilled chicken, crescent rolls, and potatoes with peppers and onions, mmm mmm. Then I had to watch a horrible display called the Packers game, maybe if Jones didn't fumble and cost us 2 touchdowns this would be a happier note. Oh well 4-1 is still good, I just hate the Bears. Back to school tomorrow, this could be interesting.

Finally a Win
Okay so at this exact moment there is a mouse running around our ceiling tiles and I am freaking out a bit....I HATE mice. Quick recap of life so I can get away from mouseland. Yesterday, well the day was spent chilling pretty much. I hung with Brent for awhile, cleaned my car, went to the bank, and played with the dog. Pretty exciting. Then I went to Brent's Homecoming football game. Lys and Ryker came so I sat with them for the first half. Five year olds are funny. Then Matty and some of the boys from highschool came so I spent some time getting caught up with them. But the most exciting part of the night was that we WON! First time in 30 games we haven't won since my sophmore year of highschool good stuff. Brent played well and every one was really happy for them. I slept in late again today, awesome. We mowed the lawn, I push mowed riding mowers make me nervous, plus pushing is good excercise. Then I helped Brent get ready for Homecoming which he decided to go to at the last minute. Good thing Kale has a steady stock of every dress shirt and tie known to man. I made him wear blank pants with a bright pink shirt and black tie. I also spiked up his blonde mowhawk for him, such a dork. Tonight Mom and I ran to Bloomington I needed some things for school that I can't get in Lincoln. I hadn't been shopping in a long time it was nice. Then we came back here and chilled in the hot tub. This kind of bores me so I just move around in it the whole time, oh well it felt nice. The mouse just jumped I need to leave.

Homeward Bound
Ahh my first day off, I love not having to go to class. I didn't get up until 11:30 this morning it was awesome. I headed over to Ashley's room for awhile and hung out. Campus is completely cleared out minus the boys and girls soccer teams, so it's pretty dead. Then when she had to leave for a soccer meeting Chelsea came over. We went to the grand opening of Arby's for lunch. Chelsea loves Arby's she was a bit excited, but the place was exceptionally clean and the food was warm and delicious. I think we sat in there for over an hour just talking, there were lots of people in there we knew since school is on break. The afternoon was spent hanging with Chels and cleaning and packing so I could come home tonight. I hate when I have to move home for a few days for the mere fact that I dislike packing and unpacking. I never know what to bring and it seems like I always forget something. After packing I went out to watch Ashley's soccer game. I think I was one of like ten fans there. I enjoyed myself though Coach Thomas and Ryan came out so I sat and visited with them and played with Ryan for awhile. Along with Coach Wilson they are definately my favorite people here, we have decided we are pretty much adopted into their families, it's a good time though. I left at halftime of the game we were already losing 3-0 our team isn't very good. I came back to Minier and spent the evening at Alyssa's babysitting Ryker, her nephew Joey, and her niece Lucy. We had fun playing, solving mysteries, playing hide and seek, and super heroes I even got to wear a Superman cape around, sweet deal. Well now I am back at home for a few days, so we will see what that entails, but I will try to continue to blog it up.

Lunchtime Laughter
Six a.m. practice this morning, not bad, but not as fun as Five a.m. Ashley and I wore our shin guards of power though and had a joyous time annoying everyone. We (as in everyone but me) did a lot more running this morning though, we had a hard time following instructions apparently. My body is a little sore now, but still not too bad. I had my first ever bagel for breakfast this morning, blueberry, not bad but I think it needed some kind of spread, minus cream cheese which is nasty. Thanks to earlieness of our practice I had two hours to waste before my class, I spent them watching cartoons, my joy in life. Then I wanderd over to my class, I took a four page test in less than 10 minutes and left, good times. Lunch was the highlight of my day though. I ate with Coach Thomas, Stoltzy, the twins, and Ashley. I don't think I have laughed that hard in a long time, this was mostly due to the part when Creepy Finchum kid invited himself over to our table and we spent lunch giving him a hard time. Today I decided that if Coach T was going to keep teasing me about the kid I was going to play into it, I even hugged the kid when I left (along with everyone else). Still it was funny, you had to be there but Coach was laughing so hard his eyes were tearing up, now that was funny. The afternoon after a quick set of basketball individuals was spent in Coach and Coach's offices, we decided we need to put a mini fridge in one of their offices since we practically live there. Then I went to Ash's soccer game with Chels, Coach T, Ryan, and Casie. That was pretty entertaining conversation as well, but we lost the game. After a lovely dinner at Taco/Chicken Ashley and I headed to Chelsea's house where we spent the rest of the night laying on her bed laughing hysterically at dumb things and watching the Disney Channel. We are on Fall Break as of today so no more class for me until Monday party!

Good Morning!
I have been awake for seveteen glorious hours and counting today. Five a.m. practice was a good time and I am not even joking. There is just something about basketball that gets me all excited. We walked to the gym in the dark, minus the lovely stars winking at us, yelling good morning to everything and everyone, I was a little out of control. Coach Thomas said he wasn't too hyper this morning but it was okay because I took over for him. Funny conversation with Coach Wilson this morning: Me-"Coach I followed the North Star to get here." Coach-"That's great Carrie but the gym is to the South." Me-"Uh I knew that, I meant I followed it to see what direction not to go." Classes went granly today I got A's on all three tests I got back which was nice. Then I took a completely ridiculous Developmental Psych Test, my teacher for that class is terrible. I don't think we learned a single thing she tested us over, that was fun. After that I sat in Coach's office for awhile before coming back for an hour of cartoon time before practice number 2. Practice number 2 wasn't as fun, Ashley and Coach Thomas weren't there, and the twins left early. I still managed to entertain myself singing songs and bothering the freshman. Basketball is different than any other sport I love the feeling you get after practice of just being completely spent and the soreness you feel in the most random spots, take the inner elbows for example. For tonights entertainment Nikkie and I went to Walmart for some stuff, we hydroplaned a good five times round trip, once when my window was down and water came in at me. Storms are a ragin here I hate storms. We sat in Walmart for awhile talking to some softball girls and my friend Levi trying to wait out the rain, needless to say we lost. Oh and random information: today I was elected President of the Abraham Lincoln Scholarship Honors Society, that should look good on transcripts. Well I must be off, 6 am here I come.

Tired Time
Ahh the joys of another relaxing day. I didn't have to get up until 9:30 this morning the sleep was appreciated. After class I met Ashley and we went to hang up some signs in the locker room and get everything organized for practice. Then we had a lunch date with Coach Thomas, it was a good time. He kept telling us he could only be oure friend for a few more hours because once season starts we're done, dork. We shot around in the gym for awhile then ended up back in the lunch room for some entertaining conversation with Stoltzy, funny guy. We got in a debate over why the Bears suck and Brett Favre is awesome. I then stopped by Bridgette's office and of course stole some Skittles. Then I came back to my room and slept for two hours. My cold wiped me out this afternoon. I got up at 3 to turn in my softball uniform and have an end of fall season meeting, it was thrilling. I got my workstudy check today too that was pretty sweet. Then I slept some more, good times. I woke up in time to eat a bowl of cereal for dinner before practice, dang bird flu has taken my appetite. Practice wasn't too bad, I can't participate in the sprinting but did pretty much everything else. Coach Thomas was running his mouth the whole time it was funny, Coach Wilson was pretty hyped up too. Well it kinda wore me out but not too bad. I came back here to ice and have some Peanut Butter Captain Crunch, mmm. Now it's time for a shower. I have 5:30 practice tomorrow morning talk about a party, bed is calling.

4-0 Baby
I did not wake up until 11:30 this morning, it was like the most glorious gift ever. I had a pretty non demanding day and it was awesome. After a light bruncheon in the local cafeteria, I made myself a BLT, I ran to Walmart with Ashley to cash her pay check. The rest of the afternoon was spent in and out of sleep. It was one of those days where a cold just wears you down, which is why it was so great to have no obligations. Greatest news of the day: Greenbay is 4-0 baby. First time since 1998 and the ever spectacular Brett Favre broke Marino's touchdown record, 422. The bad part was I had to watch the stupid Bears game (can we say 1-3) just to catch the highlights of the Packers game, dumb regional broadcasting. Greenbay is going all the way this year you just wait. I also got my entire room cleaned today. Once a week I vacuum, lysol, throw out trash, and just all around clean up. It will stay this way for about a day. I did all my laundry today as well, plus finally put away my clean laundry from last week. I woke up for dinner, some chicken fingers and sugar free Kool-Aid. Then I talked Ashley into going to the rec with me so I could sit in the sauna. I usually hate it but today it helped clear out my sinuses for a little while. When we got back we met Coach Wilson at the locker room to hang up some signs we made and make sure everything is in order for tomorrow, official opening day. I am excited but a little dreading, nobody likes sprinting and breathing like their lungs are going to explode, but it's all in good effort. The other exciting event in my life today was the season premire of Brothers & Sisters. It was magnificent but a killer cliffhanger I can't wait for next week. As previously stated basketball starts tomorrow so adequate rest is necessary.

Disney Sing-A-Longs
Fall season ended today and on two losses. Oh well, we played pretty good just couldn't get runs in. I played left field and first, my running thanks to my pulled quad was a sight. Mom and Kacy came to the game today. Thanks Kac it was delightful seeing you:) After the game we went to Nichole Laylocks parent's for dinner. It was soo good especailly the cheesecake bites and mint brownies, both my favorites. I even got a take home plate of them. The van ride home was a lot of fun we were all hyper Crystal was laughing really hard at us. When we got back here I took a quick shower then hung out with Casie and Nikkie for awhile. We watched Shrek and part of the real 101 Dalmation's, animation is soo much better. While watching it I spent time uploading all of Nikkie's pictures from all our random adventures onto her facebook. We took 45 pictures in two nights, we are definately in love with the camera. The showing of Dalmations inspired me to go and download a bunch of awesome Disney songs from movies like Aristocats (My Favorite!), Aladdin, Dalmations, and The Jungle Book...I am so excited it comes out on DVD on Tuesday. I will definately purchase it, I can't wait. The rest of the night I went to sit with Ashley on duty we watched a League of Their Own I hadn't seen that in a long time it was grandly. Cold medicine is making me tired it's off to bed. "Everybody wants to be a cat, because a cat's the only cat who knows where its at...."

First Cold of the School Year
I woke up with a cold this morning...boo. Talk about ruining my healthy day, it has really run me down. I took a test in my class of the day. It was okay but there was this one question I totally blanked on, one term kept coming to mind but I thought I was wrong so I left it blank. Stupid idea the answer I kept thinking of was right, dang. I had lunch date with Coach Thomas today, needless to say there was a lot of laughter. The later afternoon was spent in his and Coach Wilson's office designing shooting shirts, ordering shoes, and just hanging out. At 2:00 I had to go pick up Ryan for Coach Thomas. Casie, Nikkie, Chelsea, and I took him to meet Coach Wilson and Ali to watch the homecoming parade. My first ever, not that exciting, and once more only little kids got candy. Good thing we had two of them with us:) After that I brought Ryan back here to play for awhile we drew pictures and painted them. I now have a lovely Spongebob on my wall, according to him we are the best artists in the world. When I took him back to Coach I took a slight nap and iced my hurty leg fun times. Then we decided to go eat Avanti's in Bloomington for dinner. It was delightful and the warm soup felt good on my sore throat. They also decided to take a detour and drive through Funks Grove on the way home, I was not a fan of this as you all know, scary place. Back here we sat with Ashley who was on duty for about an hour and then at 9:00 called it a night because we were all sick and tired. Casie came over for about an hour when we got back and we made signs to hang in the basketball locker room, hurray for arts and crafts. 10:45 bus tomorrow, score. Going to bed right now to get rid of this sleepiness? Major score:)

Lunchables does a body Good
So what to say about today. I didn't run this morning and it was glorious. Instead I jumproped and then iced my lovely leg. After practice I had a delightful chocolate cupcake for breakfast just like the champions. I only had one official class today, lit and microcomputers were canceled...awesome, but pyschology was still boring. At lunch today I had an eating race with one of the baseball boys, Jerrod Heinz. I won for the fifth time in a row I always eat apple sauce and he challenges me with another food never a smart choice. Today he chose a solid apple not even worth my effort. It is good lunch time entertainment though. Practice today was pretty low key and boring no fun games today. Then we rode bikes for conditioning all the way out to the lakes. Trainer Joe said it was okay for my leg so I went, it hurt a little but I made it. After dinner I went out to the baseball game, it was thrilling. My favorite part...when Creepy Finchum boy comes out of the dugout sits next to me on the bleachers and starts talking to me, then throws me a "stone." I didn't realize anything was up until I looked in the dugout and all the players were staring at me and laughing. Then they gave Finchy a standing "O", the yare soo mean to that kid and they love to include me in jokes, jerks. I have had kind of a rough night, but am doing better thanks to a 45 minute phone call and a nice trip to Walmart. Lunchables make life better.

Crunch Time
I wasn't allowed to run this morning, Coach made me sit out because of my leg. We found out at the trainer this afternoon that I sprained my left quad, although it feels a little better already today. I told Coach that I decided that this year I wasn't going to be dumb and I was actually going to sit out like I am supposed to, instead of being like last year and playing on a broken foot until I couldn't take it anymore and then having to be out for over a month. I think I shocked her:) I just decided that if I sit out sprinting this week then I hopefully will be ready when official season starts next week. I am still going to running tomorrow I just have to jog on the sidelines. After running which equaled me icing my leg this morning Ashley and I went to visit Coach Thomas. He was in a talkative mood this morning and we had a grand story time. Geography went alright today I got a 105% on my test so I guess that's swell. Then Ash and I went to help Coach Wilson sort practice clothes and set up the locker room for next week. I don't know what it is but basketball just gets me all excited. Softball practice was actually fun today we played the game game which is this scrimmage/soft toss game we made up good times. Then I went to 2 hours of boring study tables and did nothing even though I had homework. After that I caught the tailend of the volleyball game against Lincoln Land which meant I got to see Anna which was nice. The victory of tonight though was that I started and finished and entire literature paper for tomorrow in a little over an hour. Nothing like cramming when I have had the assignment since the first day of class.

Crazy Day
Whoo hoo for a nonstop day. We ran sprints this morning at 7:15 not fun but helpful when season comes. We went for a whole hour, it was a bit draining and I was sweating. After that I grabbed some breakie then showered and took a quick napsky. I was soooo unfocused today it wasn't even funny. My mind was running all over the place and so was my body, I couldn't accomplish anything. Classes were not productive today in response to that. I spent and hour and half this morning doing I don't even remember but I was supposed to be writing my literature paper. I got a paragraph...but a good paragraph it is:) My second class microcomputers was full of tests I could not concentrate but I filled in all the blanks, hopefully my random knowledge will pull me through again. I got my tests done early so I spent my free time chillin. I went to see Stoltzy I had a purpose when I went there but I got distracted we ended up talking about racing golf carts and riding lawnmowers hitting things with baseball bats, crazy. Then I went to visit Coach Thomas and Coach Wilson which is always a good time, their offices are like our second homes. Psychology was incredibly boring we kept getting yelled at for talking and not paying attention. The teacher is a drag. Softball practice got cancelled which was lovely. Instead Casie and I went with Bridgett to get Ryan. We spent the afternoon playing some killer games of foozeball in the student center I kicked their butts. After a quick dinner I went back to basketball practice. This time we ran full court drills and scrimmaged for awhile. It was an improvement on this morning, the girls were almost working hard. We think it's because Coach Thomas made his first appearance. He was being his best annoying today to them and it was rather funny. I think I pulled my quad tonight, it is on fire it has hurt since Saturday, I twinged it getting out of the batters box at our game, but running forever apparently got to it. The night was spent watching Law & Order having picnic dinner and icing my ouchie quad hurray. Running is an hour later tomorrow, score!

The Week in Review...this feels like SNL
So I haven't been able to sign in to blogger since last Thursday our internet in my building has been down so here is a review of what has happened.
Friday: My class of the day got cancelled. I got some new basketball t-shirts and sweatshirts from Coach Wilson. I spent the whole afternoon in her office. Kaylee, Nicole, Cassie and I went out and counted corn stalks. It was hot we wore shorts, not a good idea at all.
Saturday: We played two games at Robert Morris, we lost them both. It was hot and the field was hard, it just wasn't too enjoyable...minus the ice deli of course. I was blinded by the sun in left field, somehow I still caught everything. The air conditioning in the vans didn't work. I went to eat dinner with Grandma, Aunt Lynn, Sam, and Clay. It was a lot of fun and great to see them. I got to play with Clayton who is now crawling, too cute.
Sunday: I got up and went to Church. It was youth Sunday. They showed a video from CIY this summer. It was nice to see everyone. I went home and bathed and played with the dog. I chilled with Mom and Brent for awhile. I came back to school for Phi Theta Kappa inductions. Mom and Grandma came. It was long, boring, and a little awkward everyone was staring at us. Creepy boy introduced me to his parents. Come on kid get with the program. Nikkie, Casie, Ashley and I went shopping at Goody's and Aldi's. It was grand. Then we had picnic dinner in my room followed by a three mile round trip walk to Dairy Queen. It was good.
Monday: I have been dead tired all day. I guess my lack of quality sleep is catching up with me. I had 7:15 running not fun. I fell asleep for awhile before class, heaven. I took a geography quiz. I slept some more. I felt like I was gonna puke, then ate not much for lunch. Applied and looked at random colleges all afternoon and am waiting for my paper applications for Wesleyan. Went to watch Casie, Nikkie, and Carla's golf match...my first ever. It was kinda boring but makes you appreciate what they do lots of walking and very precise, tricky. At the course we sat and talked to Coach Thomas, funny guy always makes me smile. I didn't have softball practice today which was awesome I was dead. Had dinner tonight with the freshman basketball girls, we are trying to make them our friends, let's see if it works. Watched Finding Nemo with Casie. Looked over notes for computer class with Ashley, that class is just not anything I feel like I will ever need to know. Went to bed early, yeah, 7:15 again followed by a whole day of classes...ParTy.

Coach Thomas is Coolio
I didn't have any practices or weights or anything until 8:15 this morning. The extra sleep was glorious. Most of my day today was spent with Coach Thomas, he takes good care of me. This morning before class I spent a good hour talking to him. He made me feel better and that was nice. He also finally told the creepy Finchum kid that he doesn't stand a chance with me and he needs to leave me alone. Thank the Lord. My class of the day was alright we are now studying weather a little more interesting but still no mind engrosser. After class I had a lunch date with Stoltzy and Coach Thomas, always a good time. Stoltzy apologized for having us work at the druken biker rally or in his words the Hell's Angel's Convention. After that Ashley and I had basketball individuals, they went well I like those more than other practices they are more one on one and we laugh a lot. Well in the ten minutes between our lunch date being over and us going to the gym Coach Thomas somehow hurt himself. He stepped up on the curb crossing the street and he heard his calf pop. He said he thought he got shot. He was in some pain and in the trainers room all afternoon so we kept him company. I took a lovely afternoon nap after we left though and that was sweet. Then on the way to my Honor's meeting Coach Thomas stopped me and asked if I would take Ryan with me for awhile because he was going to the doctor and Ryan was scared. So I ended up with Ryan for the night I took him to my meeting with me, to the gym to play and then to basketball practice. I love that kid. As of now Coach was told he has a bad sprain, he is on crutches but it is better than expected. Basketball wasn't bad but I can feel a little hurt setting in now, the pain of getting into shape. Tonight we just chilled we took a walk and then went to Walmart and bought groceries which we then proceeded to eat. Weights tomorrow morning...bed right now.

Hanging
Life right now is overwhelming and crushing...but there still are good things. If I have learned anything from all the hard times I have been through it is never give up and always recogonize the blessings of everyday life. This morning we had baskeball running, our freshman were really slacking off and not doing all their drills. We as sophomores called them on this. In case I have never stated this they are mouthy, cocky, and disrespectful. Well after practice we got in a verbal fight with them...not so much us, we didn't retaliate but them running their mouths. Coach yelled at them they left but continued to yell things at us all the way down the street after she left for golf. She told me later she wished she would have had 20 good minutes just to lash into them. Tony Thomas is my favorite, I love that guy. I called him last night and told him I needed to talk to him, he told me he had class but to meet him during his weights class and we could talk. We both showed but really exchanged no dialouge, instead he got in an arguement with a freshman basketball girl in his class, and it was awesome. He was throwing it down and totally stood up for us and it was great to see them being put in their place. We hardly even talked but I left there feeling better with a smile on my face, as I have said before he can somehow make me smile even when I really don't want to. I don't get it but it works, and I am grateful. Softball practice was quick, classes were boring, I was tired, and the baseball game was long. I talked to Coach Wilson for about an hour when she got back from golf, good times. That pretty much sums up my day.

Urgh
It has been a rough night and I can't really put why on here. I have a pounding headache my body hurts, and I know I won't sleep well. That's not helpful. The day was good, busy, but good. Basketball running and practice went fine so did softball. I found out I have tendonitis in my left achilles though. Not a big deal just a little sensitive. I got a 97 on my geography test and my counselors meeting went well. I got a lot of helpful information now I just need to look into it. I have morning running and right now I'm drained so that's all she wrote.

The Longest Game
Longest game ever, that's what we played today. We played the Bradley Club team and it was more than lack luster. The pitchers were horribly slow too the point where I almost forgot what I was doing between pitches, thank you ADD. We won both of our games which puts us at 7 in a row. We scored ten runs in the first inning.I have been impressed by our play I hope it is the same in spring. Coming back we made it just in time for some lovely cafeteria dinner. It was a weak showing not very tasty, but I am suprised we didn't get kicked out we were pretty much laughing hysterically the whole time at dumb stuff. After that Nikkie came over and chilled we did homework and I did an art project for tomorrow in fifteen minutes that I have had assigned for a week. That is the gift of talent right there. In that time I rocked out to Garth Brooks new song, More Than a Memory, a half a trillion times. I love me some Garth. Then I went to Walmart with Carla, I have lots of practices this week and was in need of some aqua. Yeah liquid refreshment. Got back ate a lunchable and went to hang with Ashley for about an hour, sometimes we can be a bit out of control. I have to go to bed earlyish today. I have 7:00 morning basketball practice for the next two weeks. On top of that I have class, individuals, a couselors meeting, softball practice, and bike riding all tomorrow. Hurray Busy.

My First Biker Rally
My events of the day have been interesting. This morning I went home and put my check from the school in the bank. Then I went to watch Rykers soccer game. Five year olds are pretty entertaining. At one time or another throughout his game Ryk was dancing, karate kicking, and skipping and holding hands with his teamate, funny stuff. I stopped by home for some free lunch and to play with the dog before I headed back to school. When I got back we played some Nintendo then went and watched the girls soccer game, watching it once again made me really wish I was playing. Stupid Coach Andrews. The creepy Finchum kid came out and sat right next to me the whole game, the kid just can't take a hint. No one won the game, that I don't get, who wants to play for two hours just to tie? Waste of time. .Then I found myself in a situation Uncle Kip definately would not approve of me being in:) Stoltzy had asked Casie and I to volunteer to sell raffle tickets for Crippled Kids. We agreed what can be bad about helping crippled kids? Well how about selling tickets at a biker rally surrounded by beer tents. We were followed around by drunk biker men who kept asking how old we were and where we lived. We had to go into bars and sell tickets. It was a bit freaky and we definately did not know what we were getting into. Now it's just a funny story to tell. Tonight we ate dinner at First Wok and it was delightful. We capped the night watching "Because I Said So," and it was decent. Then we chillaxed. We play at Bradley tomorrow and I think my pillow is lonely.

Punk'D
So this week I was pulled into a gang up of a joke. It all started on Tuesday at softball practice. Coach Andrews left his keys in his truck so when he went inside for a moment I took it and moved it. He noticed it about ten minutes after he came outside. Well we jokingly blamed it on Coach Thomas who was also out there. Coach Andrews started yelling at Coach Thomas and acting all serious. Well he came back and we were laughing and told him that I did it. Coach Thomas wouldn't talk to me all week. He told everyone he was mad at me because Coach Andrews yelled at him, he even convinced Coach Wilson which made me think it might be true. Everytime I would go to talk to him he would walk away. I absolutely hate when he is mad at me and he knows it. Well today it all busted open and I found out pretty much all of them ganged up and made me believe it was true when in reality no one was mad, big bullys. My class of the day went alright not too interesting not too boring. I finally am in the process of getting my art class added officially on my schedule. I also went to see the counselor today she gave me some personal inventory tests to take and we have a meeting on Monday. Went corn stalk counting today with Kaylee, Cassie, Nicole, and Kristi. My face hurts now dang leaves. Tonight we watched Freedom Writers. It was a really good movie that's based on a book, I now really want to read a book, I am such a dork. Tomorrow morning I am running home to cash and check and catch Rykers soccer game, whoo hoo.

Early Dismissal
Ahh Thursday...this was probably my best T/R day yet. The reason for this wonder you ask?? The beauty of getting out of every class early, nicely done. My lit class was good today we read Harrison Bergeron. It was written in 1961 about "equality" in 2081 I have read it before but it is still interesting. We also got to take a class pick on what to read next and then voted I picked Tim O'Brien "The Things They Carried" and it won the vote, good story. I had my first microcomputers test today I think it went well, I knew 98% of the stuff and that's enough for me. We got out early so we went to Coach Thomas office for awhile. You know that letter we found in there the other day? We finally read it and it was funny, I would have kept it too. He said he reads them when he's mad cause they make him laugh, good thing he has a wall covered in them. Psychology was awesome today because we did nothing pertaining to psychology we somehow got on to transfers and courses, and talking about when and how to apply. I am at a complete loss. I don't know where I want to go or what I want to do, it's a bit frustrating. I am going to talk to the counselor tomorrow to see if she can help me, she knows lots on that stuff. Practice was okay nothing special, then I had a Phi Theta Kappa meeting. We didn't do much but did figure out the softball players can't attend the induction ceremony we have a game. Chelsea and I ate dinner at Rusty's tonight and it was amazing then we chilled for a bit. Then Ash and I went on a rage walk, more like sprint, we got a little worked up. After the walk we went and shot baskets in the gym, ahh basketball so glorious minus the fact I haven't been able to lift my arm above my head all day.
